Thanks Fenix! I caught the first half only and my god I love that Taylor.. someone compared his charisma to Bill Clinton, I don't know, I just find him so damn likable. I love his style too... but Simon hasn't liked him from the beginning , don't know why.
I also like Chris.. the others are not my cup of tea.
You know if Paris didn't talk like Prissy in Gone with the wind, I'd be able to enjoy her more.. LOL

I did and I chickened out.. I bought the computer game and I've been practicing.
I think I will go and try my hand at the casino first and see how I do. It's real easy when you are playing with free chips, but teaches you to throw caution to the wind, me thinks..

It's definately different palying in RL at a casino than playing online but if you don't keep your wits about you in either venue, you can lose alot of moolla fast.

I don't know if I'm fast enough yet. I have to stop and think and study everybody's cards over again.. but I am lucky. Ever since you told me that they could be cheating with their phones as a group effort, that has made me think twice about Internet gambling.. You're a smart one to think of that PI..
Edited to add.. I'd probably look so nervous in a RL game, no one would know when I was bluffing.. LOL

Simon actually complimented Taylor on his second song tonight.
Chris's voice is getting strained. He needs to use the laying down and singing trick he learned last week.

I've never tried the Caribbean Poker. I mostly like Seven Card Stud but my favorite Poker game is Five Card Stud Roll Your Own but you hardly ever see a game of it being played at a casino. I like it because it's a real bluffers game. It's played dealing 2 cards face down to each player and you get to choose which card of the 2 goes face up and every card after is dealt face down and again you choose which card in your hand goes face up until five cards are dealt to each player. Betting is done after each round of cards are dealt.

I've never played that Pi. it sounds like five card draw a little? I love 7 card stud too. My favorite still is Black jack. At the casinos I like to play jacks wild..on the machines.

Have you ever played the five dollar machines at the casinos? I have and i've done fairly well playing them. What usually happens is that because hardly anyone plays them, whenever someone is playing them, a crowd usually gathers around behind the player. So what I do when the crowd gathers, I will play real slow, taking my time to pop the coins in the machine and usually this po's most of the people in the crowd behind but I say f'em if they don't like how I play. I guess I just like to mess with people sometimes.

Kind of reminded me of the time I was doing my externship and was sent in to prick some old mans boil...I got confused reversed the orders ..naw just a joke LOL...but that was the most disgusting job I ever had..

House is really good show. He is always making funny comments. When he shot that dead guy then did MRI on him I cracked up. He could have just laid the bullet head not entire cartridge in there and it would have showed what he wanted to know. LOL I remember time guy stood back that was doing my MRI held up his carkeys and let go and they flew right to the side of the tube had to pry them off, just to show me how powerful it was.
Who do you think will get kicked off Amer Idol? It is tough one to call, but Paris has been in bottom a lot and it might just be her.

I didn't think any of them were outstanding tonite and I don't see any one of them being a real idol with a notable career ahead of them.
Katharine was way off on her first song but I liked her second one except it was distracting to see her crawling around on her knees like that for her entire performance .......... weird.
Bottom two........ Paris and Elliot. Paris may have the best singing voice of all but just not the right image. Elliot can sing but is almost always hard to look no matter what. Taylor is fun to watch but can be annoying too when he overdoes it. Chris is okay but there's nothing new and exciting there. Katharine is pretty and can sing quite good at times but nothing new there either.
IOW, I'm almost tempted to say they all suck.

I'm hoping that we say goodbye to Elliott put Paris is a possibility simply because younger fan have a hard time getting into someone with her style so she's not cool and older fans can't get past her age and young appearance when they hear her doing more mature songs so she comes off as pretenious. Just listening to her and not watching is a completely different experience.
Katherine just annoys me. I have never been a fan, she comes across as contrived to me. And the thing on the knees today was just wierd.
I think the finals are going to be Chris and Taylor unless Chis's voice goes in the next two weeks.

Overall, I thought Taylor and Elliot sang the best for both songs. If we went with just the first song, Chris and Taylor.
I enjoyed watching Taylor last night. "Funky White Boy" is definitely his song..lol!
I hated Katharine's "feedsack with three belts", loved the shoes. All that was missing from the second song was the g-string and pasties....
Bottom two should be Katharine and Paris. (Based on last night.) It will probably be Paris and Elliot.
If Chris's voice holds out, he should still win it. But I'm rooting for Taylor.
bebe- You know Taylor was singing about me last night when he sang "Something".....

My bf, Ken, likes Kat. Says she has the most control over her voice. Since singing is what he does, I'll buy it. I like Chris. I don't think anyone there is over the top great.
I don't watch Idol on Wednesdays so I never know until the next day who gets kicked off. Wednesday is Lost!! Should be a good one tonight. Hopefully the string of repeats is about over.

You "House" fans watch tonight? I was on edge of seat most of the time very good episode... OH Forman biopsied the mattress now that was kinda funny the rest was almost tear jerking moments. IS he paralyzed? not according to next week previews.
I figured it would be Paris going. Too bad she was a talented girl. We want Chris or Taylor to win.

He wasn't paralyzed at the end Irked - his motor skills had been "reversed". When asked to move a left limb, he would move the right. Next week we find out it's not a nuerological problem, just that he doesn't know his left from right.

I pretty well agreed with Simon tonite.
So far Elliot comes across to me as the one who is the most real about what he is doing and he seems to try the hardest and he does get better each week so I hope he doesn't get the boot.
Taylor kind of bores me lately and I didn't think he was all that great like he's trying too hard to be 'Taylor' for his fans now and the strain is showing.
I liked Chris's voice on his first song as it has a unique tone to it and he was my favorite tonite.
Katharine did okay on her first song though she was 'acting' more that truly 'feeling' the fun or the song. She was really b-a-a-a-a-a-a-d on the second one. To me when she sounds 'off' she is hard to listen to and she just goes on and on and never recovers from it...... plus she seems to be getting worse each week so she's my choice to be voted off.

Last night Elliott had his best night. We feel, overall, he had the best performances. But I don't watch him sing, yet....
Overall, Katharine was the worst. She should be the one going home.
Liked Chris's first song, didn't care much for the second.
What can I say about Taylor...other than he's hot? I enjoy him.
