May the next hurricane finish what Katrina started.

My guess is the people NOT yet back in NO weren't the ones who voted for him in the first place, or, more than likely, didn't vote at all.
I, also, cannot believe he was re-elected. I hope NO doesn't get hit again.

Unbelievable. Ya gotta be pretty low on the IQ scale to want to rebuild there anyway, and now THIS?
How collectively stupid can one city be, anyway?
I am actually in disbelief about this. I am literally STUNNED.

The people of New Orleans know Mayor Nagin was and is not their problem.
They know DUMBO BUSH and "heck of a job Brownie" was and is their problem.
Country wide the American people are in protest against this failed conservative government.

Peepa - Nagin is an idiot who has an amazing ability to piss people off and stick his foot in his mouth (ie: Chocolate City). Sorry but that is not they guy you want spearheading the rebuilding off your city and representing you to federal agencies trying to get funding. Reelecting that man was just plain stupid for the future of the city of New Orleans and for a muyltitude of reasons that have nothing to do with Bush.
What are you going to do with yourself after the next election when we have a democratic president and there are negative events? Who are you going to blame? You need to look into the concept of seeking out actual responsibility or you are really going to lose it in a couple years when you can't blame ever ewvil in this world on Bush.

Nagin won the primary with 3000 votes ahead of his opponent, many of his fans were bussed from Houston to New Orleans to vote for him.
It looks like the same fans were bussed again for the final countdown.
See,this is what Ron Brown the ex Democractic chairman referred to as the 'MACHINE',the machine works very well in the south,it works well in Chicago southside as well, precint captains go from door to door urging everyone to come out and vote, after they are done voting, they get a chicken!!
Thats how Nixon lost to Kennedy.

All the people living out of state, no intention of moving back voted for Nagin, hell he had Sharpton and Jesse Jackson campaigning for him and busing the people in to vote. What a sham.. they deserve what they get.

Fenix03 remember "We are going to rebuild New Orleans better than it was" George DUMBO Bush and more of his broken promises.
Face it George DUMBO Bush and his GANG of crooks are in way over their heads and have failed the majority in America BIG TIME.
The American people are showing the conservative republican government they have had it with them. The conservative republicans have lied and broken their promises too often to the American people.
Fenix03, Your question about Democrats is not a worry of mine today. I don't dwell in the past and can't predict the future. At this point in time I am GETTING AS MANY VOTES FOR DEMOCRATS as I can for the November 2006 election. I am not spending a lot of time looking farther ahead than that. Then here come the bigdumazz, with his head up his rear end, without a clue, putting blame where it simply don't belong. Personally, I was quite surprised myself especially after the Chocolate City comment. I found Chocolate City quite amusing, but at the same time didn't think it was something appropriate for a mayor to say.
How American of Ron to make such statements like, "This piece of sh!t city deserves whatever bad happens to them, after reelecting Nagin. May the next hurricane finish what Katrina started."
Typical anti-american sentiment from the "Con"servative side wishing ill upon others.
I suppose this must also be how Ron must view himself and the rest of us who live along a fault line in the Portland/Vancouver area? We know a big one is coming, but does anybody care??? Or how about those in Tornado alley? They know they are in the way of the next big Tornado, but they still live there. Hell, I guess by Ron's standards this country must suck and deserve the BS that the Bush Administration has dumped upon it because Bush was selected President to begin with.

What's the matter Rusty the words to honest for your little sensitivities? Of course you would call me anti-american to deflect the anti-american sentiments you spout on here quite often.
I served in the Armed forces and have earned my right to say whatever I damned well please and also protected your right to spout BS; what exactly have you done for America?
President Bush was the best choice in the last election and you just can't stand that can you.
Hell I doubt the democrats will even have a candidate for the next election.
Fault line? you mean you actually are afraid of that? Hell try living some place that actually has quakes. You are a coward aren't you.

Now that Nagin has been reelected, all the Katrina refugees that returned to NO to vote for him then returned to Houston, need to be bussed back immediately to reap the rewards of having Nagin as mayor for a 2nd term.

Not only THAT but he played the race card REAL well....even up until the day before the election.
[b]HE made the race a white vs black issue, He's a BLACK RACIST[b].
So now the last two days NO has been practicing for another katrina. LOL LOL Just a little too late, imo. He and the democratic gov.would have better served their citizens if they'd just USED the emergency plans THEN.
And funny how they used those busses to bring the out of town voters in....but didn't use them to SAVE the lives of their citizens...when they could have.
Stupid people get just what they elect....and this is the BEST example of that ocurring. They elected him, they deserve him.

As I said Ron, your comments are nothing more than anti-american fodder. To wish ill upon other Americans??? Come on now.
I could care less that you served in the military. You are the same anti-american who chastises other military servicemen for speaking out against atrocities that they witnessed, but then you will hide behind your own masquerade of self-righteous military service as if it is some disclaimer that you care about America and its citizens. Give us all a break! You are no different than Pat Robertson wishing ill to people in Pennsylvania for voting for science based education.
It is a typical mantra of neocons like yourself to disrespect other Americans in order to promote your fascist agenda.
The fact is Ron, you're the one who made anti-american comments, not me.

Linda says, "Not only THAT but he played the race card REAL well....even up until the day before the election."
So, you are saying that playing the race card is wrong? Perhaps you should explain that to George Bush because he played the race card against McCain's family. Was that ok because it was George Bush?
Playing the race card is another slimy tactic used by both sides, but pointing out one without pointing out the others is nothing but hypocritical armchair quarterbacking... something that Linda has had plenty of practice doing.
Linda adds, "Stupid people get just what they elect....and this is the BEST example of that ocurring. They elected him, they deserve him."
Hmmm... sounds like the sentiments of 70% of Americans about George Bush.

LOL Ron. You obviously learned little in the military other than to use your service for your self-righteousness. It is laughable at best, but go ahead and keep believing you are pro-american. We can see right through the transparency of your so called "service". Absolutely pitiful that you would dishonor America with such garbage.

One thing I've noticed is that those who give lip-service to supporting our vets/troops are always the first ones to call those who have served....non-proAmerican.
LOL LOL LOL
And again...they're usually the ones that would NEVER serve in our Armed Forces.....because they're just like cindy sheehan......who stated "this country isn't worth dying for".
And they certainly can't brag about the fact that they're PRO-Americans.....because they're the furthest thing from it they could be. rusty's posts prove that all the time.
