I'm glad Taylor won!

When they focused the camera on David Hasselhoff, I swear he was misty eyed. He must be a member of the Soul Patrol.

Seeing Rhonetta again was good for a laugh.

We were at an auction, so I missed the first hour... Did anything interesting happen?

I thought it was one of the better shows. Toni Braxton made a complete ass of herself as Taylor demonstrated just what a professional he is and his duet with Mary J Blige showed just how lacking Elliot is.

You did miss Chris performing with Live (I love that band)

And Bucky sounded great

I loved it and was smiling for the whole two hours as it was very entertaining and they mixed it up enough that it went by really fast.

Loved seeing Bucky and Mandisa again. And that guy that had to pee during his audition......... when Clay walked on stage it was priceless. You can't make that stuff up.

Tony Braxton trying to bump and grind to 'In the Ghetto'? Sheesh! Taylor was sooooooo cool. I laughed when I saw those little kids in his home town that had their hair salt and pepper to match Taylor's.

Katharine and Meatloaf.......... I don't know who was worse. Did you see the McCleavage comments?

Ya, Taylor won!!

Somebody pulled a funny on Katherine.

She had heard Meatloaf or seen any of his videos. She just knew that he had contacted AI about having her sing on his upcoming album and heard the song. Apparently nobody told her that he is a very theatrical performer.

I'm not sure what is funnier... the performance itself or try to find words other than "What the aell Was that?" when asked by interviewers this morning about the preformance.

Best comment of the morning....
Taylor, when asked about Toni Braxtons stage antics....

"I had to practice some Soul Control."

Did ya watch the final night of the Sopranos?
I was expecting at least a small blood bath, but instead got a Christmas Party..

What do you think the ending will be? I think Christopher will get so strung out he will kill Tony.

That was a weird ending for June but you have to figure that they are going to replay these episodes in the lead up to the final ones that being in January so the Christmas episode will be well timed then.

I have a feeling that they are going to finally going to build a story around the two arabs and the FBI agent that is now in terrorism investigations and Christopher's involvement with them will get the family pulled in to the investigation which will bring them all down. I also think Phils family will decide on Christopher as the captain they want to take out.... I wish it would be Paulie but that would be to kind to those who find him unredeemingly annoying.

Hey - did you ever check out Footballers Wives on BBC America?

You could be right,Fenix. I hadn't thought much of the Arabs and the FBI agent. But Christopher will definitely play a major roll, either getting bumped or taking over...LOL.. you don't like Paulie I take it.. I think is the cruelest not the coolest of the bunch... LOL

No never did check out Footballers wives, it must come on when I'm watching something else.

It comes on twice on Sunday nights so if you have a DVR or Tivo you can record it the first time it airs or just watch it the second time after all the prime time shosw are over. They just started the fourth season airing on Sunday.

It's a guilty pleasure. It's like a raunchier and more devious Dynasty.

Lorraine Bracco (Dr.Melfi) was on The View this morning and she said these last 20 episodes were filmed as one story arc. For some reason, HBO split them into 12 episodes this year and 8 next year. The final episode Sunday was not meant to be a cliff hanger--it was merely the 12th episode of 20.

Fenix, did you watch Hell's Kitchen this week?
He's got meaner and the contestants dumber!

No, didn't watch. It's one of those shows that just doesn't catch me. If you like him though, he has two different series right now. His UK based one is on BBC America.
