Packer, All the books lists are the Desert Rose, Meadow Rose & picnic pattern for goblets. The book show nothing in Tiffin. Sorry it doesn't have the one you need.

paws4God.....thanks for the offer and thanks for trying.

heygrape.....I've never heard one instance where postage was reimbersed.
Guess I'll add that to my list of DEMANDS when I talk to them again.
I think its only right. They caused this problem I didn't, why should I have to pay?

Packer--is it possible that they could be listed another way? I have some Tiffin Sherbets Fontaine, Pink for $32.50 each in my 2000 Shroeders.

I can't find anything on the net or my books by Tiffin called a Franciscan Cabaret pink...

I would love to help though....

I found this on the web:

http://www.replacements.com/webquote/tifcabp.htm

I e-mail for the prices($19.99 per glass) and took a printed copy to Denny, he called Jane and she said that wasn't enough.
She insist on a signed staement of where/when/how much PLUS a receipt from the buyer such as a copy of check or MO.

I want to know why the PostMistress on the buyers end didn't know that, and include a receipt with the other stuff she sent.

It sounds like the P.O. better start giving classes on this stuff and tell EVERYONE the same thing.

Grizetta I'm dealing with an appeal to the post office right now. A doll was damaged in shipping and they said they couldn't have done it. The local claims lady has been very helpful but she doesn't make the decision. Do you have any advice? Is there any recourse after the appeal? Thanks! Melanie

"heygrape.....I've never heard one instance where postage was reimbersed."

Now you have! I NEVER back down on that, no matter how long the line is getting, no matter how much of their time I am taking up, no matter how small the amount is.
