OK THE LADY BOUGHT 2 ITEMS TO START THEN 2 MORE
I SENT THE TWO PACKAGES TOGETHER BY MISTAKE ....THE MIRROR ARRIVED
BROKEN,,SHE CHOSE NOT TO KEEP IT OR OPEN IT .sHE TOLD ME THE POSTAL OFFICE
TOLD HER TO REFUSE IT !!!!!!SO I GOT THE PACKAGE BACK...NO EMAIL FROM
HER!!!!!I FOUND OUT ALL OF THIS AFTER WHEN I EMAILED HER AS TO THE
PROBLEM...SO I CHECK THE AUCTION NUMBER WHEN IT ENDED. WE ARE TALKING 30
DAYS FOR THIS PACKAGE TO COME BACK TO ME !!!!
SO I EMAILED HER SHE TOLD ME THE SITUATION, I EXPALINED I WAS FROM CANADA ,
AND SHE HAD CHOSEN NO INSURACE FROM CANADA TO THE US. I TOLD HER I WOULD
EMAIL THE ONE OF THE TWO PRODUCTS BACK TO HER .BECAUSE IT WAS NOT DAMAGED .
I ASKED IF SHE WOULD LIKE THE MIRROR BACK SHE TOLD ME NO SHE WANTED A REFUND
. i EXPALINED THAT I WOULD NOT REFUND AN ITEM THAT WAS NOT INSURED .....AND
ALSO SHE SHE HAVE EMAILED ME FIRST BEFORE SENDING IT BACK TO ME ...THAT WE
COULD HAVE WORKED SOMTHING OUT(((DEPENDING ON THE CONDITION OF THE
PRODUCT )) nO WAS THE ANSWER I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! THIS PERSON HAS NOW
HIT ME WITH NEGATIVE 4 TO BE EXACT .. I FIND THIS TO BE VERY PETTY AND SILLY
REALLY...I FEEL THIS COULD HAVE BEEN WORKED OUT ....BUT IT SEEMS SHE WANTED
IT HER WAY AND NOT ANY OTHER WAY!!!!

I'm a little bit that way myself. I sell breakable items and I insist on insurance or I will not mail the item.
