Useless Information:

FedEx Ground is not a "new" service, they used to be RPS (Roadway Package Service) until FedEx bought them a few years ago, then they were "RPS, a FDX company", and recently FedEx completely reorganized into FedEx Express (how stupid is that, Federal Express Express), FedEx Ground (RPS), and FedEx Custom Critical (which used to be Roberts Express, another company they recently bought).

The company's are seperate, and will remain that way to retain FedEx Ground's less expensive cost structure.
