Well....it's YOUR leaders that went on Easter vacation and weren't worried about the troops having their funding in a timely manner. tsk tsk tsk
Vacations are more important to them, obviously than the house and senate agreeing on a bill TO present to this President.
nancy pelosi is touring the holy cities right now. Nice taxpayer vacation she gets for free.
Maybe IF she gets to enter Syria...they'll keep her. We could only hope.

And it appears you also forget that one of the BIGGEST complaints the liberals used against this administration was its SPENDING. And they knew full well that adding all that PORK spending to this war funding bill would bring about the President's veto. As it should.
Hypocrites...nothing more. And while they say they support our troops...it's obvious they don't CARE if the get their necessary funding in a timely manner. NOPE....vacations are more important than our soldiers have what they need.

It wasn't the pork, you uninformed ignorant neocon, it was the timeline that bush objected to....he has never objected to "pork" when the Repugs came up with a bill.
Oh, and that so-called "pork" you're talking about...it's to help AMERICANS in AMERICA NOT for your Muslim buddies in Iraq so I guess You would object!
BUSH delayed the passage of much needed money for our troops.....PERIOD.
