It surely appears to me that "bolders" spells like she could be an employee of Bidbay! No offense intended, just an observation.

question back to all of the bidbay cheerleaders. What is your response to BidBay pulling the "buyout" thread.

I thought it was okay under rule 134 whatever it was.

hmmm?

Boldersgirl, after doing a little bit of leg work it's readily apparent that you're affiliated with bidbay. As such you're not permitted to post or participate on our site.

You are now suspended.

I also ask that you cease and decist the duplication and distribution of materials that are copyrighted by AuctionWatch.com immediately:

These templates are not for you to freely distribute, they are the property of AuctionWatch.com. Remove them from your servers.

Holy Cow!! Do I see a potential lawsuit coming?

Maybe Bidbay thought they'll borrow these templates until they bought AW, then the templates would be theirs.

My goodness

Has Auctionwatch just busted bidbay for stealing their copywritten templates? This makes for a news story in itself. Mark from AW, you better hope the godfather wannabe CEO from bidbay does not put a bounty out for your personal information..ROTFLMAO Oh gosh, the mad scientist disguised as an auction CEO is going to take over the world yee hee hee hee {{evil laugh}}

Somebody please contact the law and have them pull the plug on this bidbay theatre of idiots. They serve no benefit to AW or online auctions at all, other than some cheap entertainment.

That doesn't mean hide the directory, that means remove them from your servers immediately. You are serving copyrighted AuctionWatch material, and are on thin legal ice.

Mark

You should address some of the very good issues you have brought to light with the CEO himself.

He is holding an ask the CEO chat rite now on OAUA. Check it out

Good Luck

Oh, my. It is very obvious that boldergirl was a troll and very likely one of those things that coolvette refers to so often on bb.........is it a sockpuppet or finger puppet or just what? That is strange from some who detest those things on their site. JMHO (NEVER REALLY HUMBLE)

I'm confused here. I see all of you out there complaining that the CEO and staff of BidBay have done a terrible job, but on what merit do you have right to speak?

I can't understand how people can condemn people who are working so hard on something that they believe in. Do any of you who complain participate in anything close to what the staff of BidBay does?

I think we all need to step back and atleast acknowledge hard work.

Ok, call me dumb. What is it that bidbay stole? Is it the colors and setup of those auctions? I know they offered me a few choices of how I wanted my auction to look. Where on auctionwatch are they from?

I would just like to address the question "by what merit do you have the right to speak?"

It's guaranteed by my first amendment right...and of course AW's CG's...LOL

If BidBay is so great, and they are number 2 blah blah blah then they have nothing to worry about us over here complaining about them.

But apparently they have something to worry about as they are so concerned about what is being said next.

AG2, it seems to me you are a very bitter person. If you don't like bidbay why do you care what goes on there? You need to get a life because if all you have to do is down bidbay you must be a very lonely, angry person.

If bidbay is doing things wrong that is their problem. You are always saying how you are calling gov't agencies and you have emails, who cares!!Move on, there are plenty of other sites you can go to.

Do not return to these forums.

coolmom42, telling someone to "get a life" isn't appropriate for these forums. Please be sure to familiarize yourself with AuctionWatch.com's community guidelines prior to posting again.

I love how I am the only one singled out on this...LOL

BTW I have called gov't agencies.

The California Attorney General's office (filed complaint)...the Texas Attorney General's office (complaint form being mailed)...the Securities Exchange Commission (filed complaint). I also came into contact with yet another gov't agencey that deals in law enforcement regarding other issues.

Once again I state. If BidBay has done no wrong then they should have nothing to worry about.

I think they just need someone to point the finger at AG2. When they see the additional complaints filed against Bidbay they will see who else has the same opinions as you do...just give it time AG2..You are NOT alone in this
