As for saying I did not have an auction with AD, that is somewhat true. I had the high bid of their last ebay auction, then their account was terminated. Then through emails (yes, they emailed me back then!) we still made the deal of $505 that the auction was at.
When an account is terminated, so are all of the auctions that were running at that time. In case you don't believe me still or want to see for yourself it was ebay auction number 511907047. It doesn't give much info but that is the one I was in.
I'm not working with AD or something like that, I just want to get either my computer or my money back. And filing a fraud report with witnesses would be a great help.
So if you can trust me please please please email me your full name and either a home or work phone number. Thanks.

Hope ya sent it in a while back. Alien D says they have 30 days to give you a refund, and with the Alien D we know, it IS going to take the full 30 days (or more for that matter!!!!)

Well Alien you made IRFAN happy, when are you going to make the rest of us happy???
Or do we have to wait poetic justice to get you?

Update direct from us.
Again, let's repeat the refund address just in case some people did not get it.
Alien Distribution
Refund Request
10121 evergreen way #190
Everett, WA 98204
Just send a written request to that mailing address and your refund will be processed. Yes, we do have up to 30 days as do most companies.
For those not requesting a refund, and still want the computer, that is coming these next two weeks. Yes, we have a massive backlog of computers for auction winners. There were several reasons for delays, which some are addressed on our website. I will not go into them, as several people will just see them as excuses, and I will agree.
I am actually new here, just brought on to clean up the Alien mess that has occured. I will admit this is a big mess with many unhappy customers. It was approached wrong, and Alien could not live up to certain parts of the bargain. That will be fixed starting today.
For those AW people that still want their computers, please leave a post here with some information like (first initial, last name like on the winners list and auction number) I will then bump those people onto the priority list.
Thousands of e-mails to go through, so e-mailing it will not be very helpful. It will take me AT LEAST a week just get through them all.
There will be a changes in the next few weeks, and I hope to completely clear off those auction waiting lists. Either through refunds or shipping the systems. It is a daunting task left solely up to me.
Certainly, you are welcome to file any reports with any agencies you feel might be helpful to you in this matter. Perhaps as a back up, that would be a good idea. We will answer those agencies in turn. So far, no agencies city, state, or federal has contacted us. We have continue to provide every means of contact for these agencies from our phone number to our mailing address.
Our phone number (866-22ALIEN). Some people have noted that our number is not active, which is just untrue. I called it myself right before posting this message just to see if fate was against my new position. It is active and working just fine. However, the voice mailbox provided by GTE just plain sucks, and when it fills up, you can't leave any more messages. I hope to have this remedied by either getting someone on the phone, or a better voice mail system.
I will also be posting my alien e-mail here as soon as it is setup for me. I could then answer all e-mails that are cooperative.
To those AW and auction winners that have won systems, I will say Alien is in good position to continue to support your machines for their warranty times, and longer.
Thank you for your time in reading, and while I am certain that some people will just take this e-mail as an excuse and delay, I hope to prove you wrong very soon!
A last note, some previous employees no longer work for Alien Distribution. I am not at liberty to divulge addition information on the matter, but several delays were caused by certain individuals. Not necesarily at the shop level. 'nuff said.
I will be flying to California in a couple of days to work out some issues with an importer of certain components, but will try to address all these issues as I go along.
Personal note, I can understand a lot of frustration. I once returned a laptop to a company due to it being defective (read dead), and it took nearly 6 months to get my money back. Well, I still did not get my money back, I got a "replacement". I will not being doing the same thing here with Alien. I see the problems, and know how to correct them. As some here have put it, "just ship the damn computers".
Are welcome to snail mail me at the above address to my attention. That is until we work out the mail server and getting me setup on e-mail.
Sincerely,
Gary Kim
Accounts Manager

Alien Distributers:
Yes, I still want both of my computers. My eBay Auction numbers are: Item #492918442 and Item #501024881. My initials are M.S.P., and my Username on eBay is : onewrld.
I think the Users who have responded have the right idea - the auction number or your eBay ID and your initials should provide sufficient identification to the Seller. Please think twice before posting your personal details (in particular your last names) in a public forum.
Has the policy changed about MULTIPLE users using the SAME AW user name?
If not, wasn't the rules violated if this is in fact a DIFFERENT person like he claims to be?
Funny how the "other employee" decided to reveal his PASSWORD to the guy that put him out of a job...
LMGDFAO...TOO FUNNY!!!
***ANOTHER THING***
How about giving us a PHYSICAL address for your company?
The address you gave above for "Mailboxes, Etc" Box #190 is a personal mailbox belonging to Eric Scott.
This information was obtained directly from the managment at the rent-a-mailbox(for those who don't know what it is), who confirmed that NO Alien Distribution company exists as a customer of theirs.
Tell me, a huge company with three manufacturing facilities certainly must have mail service to their door, no?

Hey I just had some spare time and mapped out 3 of the adresses in WA. Kida funny that all 3 are within 6 miles of each other. Could also be why the Kidsandcomputers got there comp so quickly. I was a high bidder and have 4 of these comps waiting to be delivered. Just thought it was funny that they havent heard of eachother yet they are that close.

I agree with "Pocono". I have bought 2 computers this year for $1,675.00 and the other for $1,250.00 (about) and have always had a Customer Service Department with a real secretary to speak with for upgrades and other information. There has never been any secrecy concerning addresses of warehouses or sales offices or anything else for that matter. It seems to me that with all of the suspicions created by previous posts and announcements by Alien Distributions that have not 'panned out' as promised, that the "new employee" responsible for straightening out all of this mess would give us a physical address and a real live telephone number for us to actually speak to someone. I mean come on AD, we're not crazy...yet. If you are truly serious with your new announcement, post the address of at least one of your offices and warehouses. If you don't know how to get telephone service or sign up for email space, ask us. I promise you that we know how and will be more than happy to help you.
With all sincerety,
onewrld

Alien Distribution:
One more thing concerning your listing the auctions and tracking numbers on your website, not all of your auctions are even posted. The ones that are, one-half are password-locked. How on earth are we supposed to follow our tracking numbers? Make some real changes if you are serious. Or, just ack like a bonafide, above board business.

Alien Distribution, Please do not "bump" ANYONE ahead of me as I have waited longer than most of these folks. My initials are D.Z. and I am from the auction that ended Oct. 11th. I figure I have waited: 89 Days which is 2 months, 27 days, & 16 or so hours - or approx. 2,128 hours which is 127,680 +/- minutes. Now, That said, I want a verifiable tracking number!
Thank you. I will post here when and IF it ever gets here.

I agree that this is probably an attempt from Alien to prolong this even further, but at this point I am exploring every option possible.
So, Alien, if you are for real, I would still like to get the computer to go with the speakers you sent me for this unit.
I am rcooper from the 062 auction.
I will still be sending to your token registered refund letter to keep my options(extremely limited as they may be) open. But if given my druthers, I would still like to have the computer.

OK Alien Distribution, you've still got my attention.
My name is Sean W. and I ordered a PC from you December 1st through paypal for $505. I didn't order through an auction because the auction I was in got cancelled, but we continued to make a deal for the Black BookPC (piii 800 version).
I have never gotten ANY order status because I can't consult any auction number on your website. I am waiting for my BookPC and my speakers.
As someone said earlier, I'd rather get bumped up on the list than bumped down.
Please see to it that I get my PC immediately before I contact any more fraud agencies.
Just because I didn't order through an auction doesn't mean I have any less power to press charges, as I have documented EVERYTHING that has happened since I paid, and I don't see how you could have any defense against it in court.
This is the last time I'm going to trust you, if it isn't here before my birthday (the 28th of January) I guarantee you'll be hearing more and more of me.
You have no idea how far an email to me would go in my patience and sanity.
Thank you.

It just goes to show how foolish we all may be thinking that AD might delivery to us by posting our initials and auction numbers. But what else can we do?? It is blind optimism/wishful thinking !
I live in the Everett area and did some footwork during a lunch break today. I drove to 2 of the addresses listed in the above posts.
#1 - 10121 Evergreen way, Everett WA
This was provided by Gary Kim from AD on his most recent post and has been listed on numerous occasions as AD's location. Well it's actually a mail box in a 'mail boxes etc' store. I tried to get some info from the woman in the office but she said it was confidential but smiled and hinted that I was not the only one asking. - interesting!
#2- 7115 Beverly Lane , Everett, WA
This was the address associated with David Buckner from 'Office PC' from one of the previous posts. Well this address belongs to a house. I am not an expert but it certainly did not look like a manufacturing site for computers! No cardboard boxes in the garbage area etc.
I, like you all, still want my computers and won 2 on the auction # ..24881 under the name dzmann.
AD can find my email address through ebay's site with the above info. I look forward to hear from them and get my pc's.
sorry for being soooo verbose - bad habit!!
sincerely Ivhadenuf

How can you close this thread? It's our only link to justice. Without it we become isolated from those who can provide us with further witnesses to the crime that has been committed to all of us. Please allow further discussion as we are really starting to get somewhere now.
Thank you.

Good grief...
It took me two hours to get updated on this thread. I made the 18th post way back on the first page.
Are you folks familair with how a PONZI scheme works?
My guess is that those threatening fraud actions will receive their goods. And all of those who don't know about this AW thread will be left to twist in the wind.

I'm Angela W. ebay name jingle-bell, auction #481491062. I have sent a letter to my credit card company for a charge back but I want my computer! If you ship before Citi-bank comes looking for their money, we both win, simple as that. I want you to understand that this does not mean if you ship speakers, this means both computer and speakers. I did not pay $500 for half a shipment. I want both pieces, that means 2 valid traking numbers. I hope you intend to stick to your end of the bargain.
Words are like shoes, their something you stand on.

Alien Distribution: Yes, I too would like to have the updated 800MHz system, speakers, etc. as promised and without delay. This in no way will extend my refund beyond the 30 days. I am P.B., from auction 062 and my screen name on Ebay is the same as it is here: lshorman. I purchased one (1) system for $445.00 + 55.00 . We have all waited long enough! Get our systems or our money back to us NOW! Until I get my system or a refund "All" of my other charges will continue. Adding "warehouse" beside my name is not what I'm looking for at this late date, I want valid tracking numbers! Tracking numbers that lead to the valid system that I've paid for! No more SCAMS!
Moderator: Please let this post stand.
