As far as the feedback issue goes.......you emailed her when you got your package 6 days later. You emailed her and lets say she responded the next day.......so 7 days and she "claimed" she was JUST ABOUT TO leave feedback???
yeah right......
She wasn't planning to leave feedback otherwise the feedback would have been there long before you recieved the package. Especially if she acknowledged the prompt payment....in 3 clicks she could have left it then.....
I personally leave feedback on every paying bidder the day I ship their goods. I use it as a mental note so when a buyer asks me when I shipped something because it hadn't arrived yet etc etc I just go look at the date of the feedback and say I sent it on (insert feedback time/date)
I am mostly a seller but I buy more then I probably should. lol Now i'll give a seller some room on shipping since we all have to BUY bubble mailers and packing material etc etc. But $2.69??? and she used free materials?? buts its already been argued to death on whether she was right or wrong or within her rights to charge $4.50 then only use $1.81 of it.

I would leave a factual feedback, probably neutral. Pd. $4.50 1/10, Postmarked 1/16 for $1.50. TOS state ship in 48 hrs.
When sellers won't combine shipping, I make them mail each item to a different address, at least this makes them wrap each package separately and spend the postage.
