Just wondering if it is. Is it because of the blackouts in CA?

hmmm..never mind...just started working again...was down for about 5 hrs.

If it weren't a lot of trouble to change my email address with hotmail, I would, but I've only got a few thousand people to inform!

In December, there was one day where I couldn't get access to Hotmail for almost 24 hours. Apparently it was on and off for about 24 hours, I just happened to try it when it was down.

I've noticed Hotmail becoming more unavailable during the last few months.
