I am an ebay power seller with over 1200 feedbacks, up till today had only 3 negs. A customer who bought several items in mid November has negged me 2 times already today. She was dissatisfied with her purchase even though it was as described in auction listing; I offered her a refund, she refused. I left positive feedback for her long ago. There is at least one more purchase that she can leave fb on for me; I have this fear of a third neg from her today. I have already left a comment after both her negs, suggesting a look at her fb record (31 positives with 4 negs), and stating that she was repeatedly offered and refused refunds. This one gives me the willies. Her hostility in the fb she left me, and in the obvious disputes she has with others is evident. Do I have any other recourse???

Don't worry ... just leave the reply about having offered refund. I wouldn't refer to HER feedback record at all. Just say: "Item as described, refund offered and buyer refused it."

Also, if you haven't done so already, e-mail her and request that she not bid on any of your auctions in the future, with a cc: to SafeHarbor at Ebay.
