You know, ever since AW gave us the option of using the express format for our WBN's, almost every one of my buyers has filled out the form. Probably because it's right in the email along with the WBN, and includes a submit button. The one's who haven't filled it out sent me emails with their mailing information and a note saying, "check's in the mail". I never had a complaint though.
