Hard to write revisionist history when you had 600 newsmen in Iraq watching the clock wind down waiting for Adolph jr. to allow the inspections.

Unfortunately, my brother wants his girls married in the temple. I still think it's his ill-fated attempt to convert us. LOL!! Just kidding.

Cheryl: There's no doubt at all that the Mormons take care of their own and can be fine neighbors. The lack of clear church-state division and their patronizing attitude toward women are bigger, to me.
The reason your brother wants his daughters to be married in a temple is probably because those marriages are "sealed in the temple for time and eternity." The rituals have been done for that day's passel of brides, but I believe it's different if a Bishop marries them in a church instead of the temple.
I don't know of any other religion that will bar parents from their children's weddings if the parents aren't of that religious persuasion. (There may be one??) We saw it many times in Utah, and it was always heartbreaking for the gentile parents.

waiting for Adolph jr. to allow the inspections.... You would be wrong once again.
You might want to revist your version of history and look what actually took place in November 2002
25 October 2002: US formally proposes a new resolution on disarming Iraq to the UN Security Council.
4 November 2002: Saddam Hussein says Iraq will comply with a new UN resolution as long as it does not serve as an excuse for US military action.
8 November 2002: UN Security Council unanimously passes a new resolution on Iraq's disarmament, warning of "serious consequences" for material breaches.
12 November 2002: Iraq's parliament rejects the UN resolution.
13 November 2002 Iraq's Government accepts the UN resolution.
18 November 2002: Hans Blix leads UN inspectors back to Baghdad to start their mission.
The Iraq invasion did not start until March 2003 so you can see the inspectors were actually in Iraq searching for all the WMD Iraq supposedly had.
