"Mr F
I respectfully disagree. I will bet that if anyone posts the question about how many true users and auctions there are on that site, that no BidBay employee will answer it. In fact the question would soon be banned. I think the point here is that people are tired of users answering questions that the owners should answer. The longer they avoid the issues, the worse it will make them look. Even some loyal users are finding it harder to defend their actions."

have you try posting that question
if i was you i will try posting it and see

mrfanini you do not know the intention behind my post at BidBay.

I will state that for all to see and read.

My intention to post that link at BidBay was to see if they would leave it up and guess what they didn't.

My post was very to the point and contained nothing derogatory about bidbay.

This is what I posted:

Topic:
Link To Bidbay's Sec Filing.

Message body:
Here is a link to the actual filing.
(link posted here)
I think if anyone has a genuine interest in BidBay they should read it.

(my name)

What is disruptive about that post?

BidBay has insert foot in mouth disease as is evidenced by the CEO pulling even his own posts as of late.

My post was pulled because of comments I made here at AW. I can't be censored by BidBay here so they took advantage of that one posting to pull it and accuse me of disrupting the forum so they could suspend my chat privileges.

BidBay's chat boards are an Orwellian night mare at best.

A place ripe with newspeak. Every morning the users wake up and pretend nothing transpired the day before, all is well to appease big brother.

Pass the koolaid brother Jim

mrfanini, I am still waiting on your reply to my question regarding your statement I have cut and pasted it just in case you forgot.....

"oneday- i wonder is some of us have a box of crayon
please notice the word US

mrfanini
the best fact in life are between the line"

After all you were directing that comment to me as my user id is "OneDay"

And for claification purposes: I have only ONE user ID here and AW and at Bidbay....although I will not state my ID as of yet on BidBay..as I have explained several times why..and it is my choice right...?

Moderator--If there is a rule that states I must state my ID on Bidbay please please let me know..

AG2- as you're aware bidbay.com chat room can not delete just one post they have to take the whole thing down and you know that a lot of other people post ugly thing there and that was the reason the post was taken down.

JMOP-As I don't talk for BidBay.com
just my self

Speaking of reading between the lines.

[F][B][I]

Funny how easy it was to find their telephone number and speak to an agent.

Never knew it was that simple.

If, by posting a quote, you are choosing to exclude yourself from that statement, then it is obvious you are implying that one or more Users participating in this thread is posting under multiple IDs "here"? If you have proof of that allegation then you are required to forward that information to [email protected].

Of course, if you don't actually have proof and it's pure speculation on your part, then you have insulted one, some of all of the other participants in this thread? Which is it?

So in other words I was not the disruption?

Well there weren't many ugly things said except about me...but I don't think that is why the post got pulled I think it was other reasons.

That's why I have it bookmarked and printed up.

My apologies I will get back on subject.

BidBay censors it's boards because it's a totalitarian state there.

Fanini my post about the gentle topic nudge was just a joke to get under your skin...I think the problem here is you accusing people of posting under false ID's which I didn't even bring up..

BidBay censors boards...you know the topic...LOL

AG2 to answer your question and Michelle too
her post said you are required to forward that information to [email protected]

it did not said I'm obligate to do it

back to the bidbay.com
why does bidbay do this my guess will be to keep a few people from disruption the peace..

The CGs only reqauire that you have one ID here for the purposes of posting within the Message Center. You are not required to disclose any ID you may have on any auction site if you choose not to. It's a topic of discussion that pops up every so often in the eBay Outlook - perhaps you might like to venture up to the other Forums at some stage.

You are correct - my post did not mention the word 'obligated". I used the word "required".

Since you have chosen not to answer my question, I am issuing you with a formal warning for disruption. You are welcome to appeal this moderation decision by emailing [email protected]

Big difference between obligated and required.

Obligated basically means you should but are not required.

Required means you have to.

Now back to BidBay.

The problem is their definition of disruption of the peace.

Their definition usually includes any and all negative comments about BidBay.
