still has not given his explaination about stealing AW's templates. Then Mama says it is perfectly legal and Mark was wrong and lost any chance of winning in litigation. Shame on you mark! Don't you know you just "work at AW"? LOL
They are all over there drinking that funny koolaide that has been discussed so much today and as previously mentioned, singing that little cuddly campfire song of bonding. What a bunch of jokers, losers. There were some who were smart enough to pull their auctions and get out but I suggest that Mark read the threads and maybe stop some of those cheerleaders from posting over here after they bad mouth him over there. Two faced to be sure!!! Go get 'em Mark!

Mark, how about an update to the template issue? We, as members of the AW community, would like to know. Also, I'm sure there are many Bidbay sellers who would also like to know.

No, it was not. It was just an observation. You are just easy to identify, even if you did not sign your name. I wonder why all of those from bidbay are so defensive and so touchy?? Gee, lighten up. I won't be speaking to you again.

Humbled- you made a statement about me so the least I can do is to question it.
Oh and by the way I do buy and sell on ebay, yahoo, bidville, epier, dutchbid and other auction side too. So I don't think that other statement you made can applies to me.
yes you have a choice of never to speak to me again.
And I wish you don't exercise it.

Hello all,
I was in the BB chat room this A.M. and CEO was there. He said something to the affect "anyone who is a member of AW that pastes and copies a template is guilty of copyright infingement also". I responded (trying to be civil) that I agreed with him as to the letter of the law, but did he feel it was the same if a commercial site, with paid programmers, was coping and pasting templates to their database.I said if that was his position folks just wanted to hear it from him......His reply??? DELETE the thread....The guy is amazing
