This is what she posted on my feedback:
Praise: I changed my mind. Don't rate me bad or I'll do something to make you pay.
Should I give her a negative rating anyway??

Contact safeharbor. As I recall threatening someone over feedback like this can get them NARU'd. If you can cut and past the feedback and include this in your email to safeharbor, do so, otherwise tell them your
handle so they can find it.

And email her w/a copy to SafeHarbor to never bid on your auctions again.
Duh..what's she going to do to make you pay?

I might be inclined to consider leaving some kind of feedback atleast to let other sellers know that "bidder left threatening feedback after choosing not to honor bid"....
Just a thought. I'd sure want to see a buyer like that coming!

Once she has left you FEEDBACK, she can not leave you anymore. She is blocked from leaving further comments. SO NEG THE HECK out of the Crazy Lune ! !

I'd contact safeharbor and get them to remove the feedback and ban the buyer. I wouldn't send any email to the buyer. She's got problems.

Wow, Are you getting some of E.G."s bidders? Make sure you file for your fees. At least then there Is a chance they will get the boot. Best of luck.

Remember, he can still bid on your other auctions, win and leave negative FB for every one of them.

Well....Looks like I got that same bidder. I guess it's a game. Got the same exact feedback right after the auction ended so I guess it's a stupid little childish game she/he's playing. Well, I won't cowtow to the tactics.
Unbelieveable that no seller has neg'd her before this! Well, I will...Sellers need to be warned about this childish activity. I never got a neutral before this and you better believe that I sent it to safeharbor. I think this "buyer" knows the score and is from AW. Doesn't break my heart to have to turn them in to ebay as someone who is burning sellers just for the fun of it.

I looked up her name with the fb vrane thingy and she's left that message on 9 sellers in a row. She's bid on a lot of clothes.

Yeah, the bummer is that I received my first neutral from this piece of crap! Whatever! But I DID make sure to send the feedback to safeharbor. Some people need to be shot!

It should be turned into safeharbor as this person is still bidding on other auctions.

Well, I left neg feedback. I guess this person is reading these posts feeling proud of herself. I guess some people never grow up. I will continue to do my part to get rid of childish people like this..

redskinfan: Yeah, I sell first quality 18/10 stainless steel cookware. I love the pieces i sell. Mostly Wolfgang Puck Bistro Cookware. Thanks for asking.
I cannot tell you how steamed I am about getting a neutral feedback from some piece of sh*t bidder than only registered to win auctions & dole out crappy feedback to good sellers. Gotta feel sorry for dirtbags that have to get their jollies this way. So that is what keeps me going...I feel sorry for people that are so stupid that they cannot get by in this world without trying to screw someone else to feel good about themselves...pitiful!

Yeah, good point! But they must have been reading these posts because it's too much of a coincidence that the person bid on two auctions that had nothing in common except for the sellers posting on this thread!!

You could also send it in to [email protected] as you may get a faster response.
You could also ask them to remove the feedback. It is worth a try.

Doesn't look like they are exclusively bidding on AW auctions. I'm sending emails to every seller that has an auction that hasn't ended yet anyway!
How childish can someone be? I am constantly amazed at the infantile behavior of some people!
