my god, this has turned into the soap..."as the stomach turns." Both of you, take your lumps and move on. Talk of the feds, etc.....getting to the point of being funny. I mean, how long and how many threads can this cover? Move on!

Furkidmom It's hard to move on when someone takes advantage of your mom...how would you feel? And what "lump" is the seller taking. She's got the money never sent the item and we have nothing?

and by the time you get tired of bringing this thread to the top of the list again to keep it going, you will be able to sell those cutains as vintage! Move on!

Unfortunately, he CAN'T sell the curtains as vintage, because the seller still has the curtains AND his money! After reading the threads, I don't know why rdecker should "take his lumps" when he is the victim of a seller who has atrocious customer service and evidently lies (not only to him, but to other buyers as well). I sympathize with his feelings, because I'm my mom's caregiver--and I'd be on the rampage too if someone pulled this on her!
