If paypal continues to push to hard, the net result is that paying customers are going to leave.
I've lived with the policy updates and pricing increases, as I have a belief that a company desreves the right to make money. Paypal is a business and must do what is necessary to reach profitablity. They must make sound business decisions, like us, to survive in a competitive space.
The Paypal service remains an affordable, reliable and covenient method of accepting Payments over the internet. The security steps they take usually do not bother me, as any improvements to this effect, benefit the security of all members in the long run.
I will continue to use Paypal, until such time, that I am unable to use the service in a cost effective manner or my personal security is jeopardized. Until then, I'll remain an active member.

If PayPal wants to institute a REAL feedback system -- one where users can cry "FOUL!" or "BRAVO!" to supposedly give credence to the Quality of Service; and perhaps, the HONESTY of the PAYPAL USER, I would be inclinded to compromise on the issue of "Feedback".
In its present form, it does NOT meet the requirements for what is generally concidered to be any form of "Feedback". The reasons being is that PayPal is expected to drop the accounts of anyone that it discovers using the account for dishonest behavior. I submit that since PayPal is the one expected to be the "oversight" on this process, that no "feedback" system will do PayPal or account holders any good. I think that it will instead raise serious questions to an already suspicious Internet Users, since it makes PayPal look as if it is incapable of policing its own responsiblilites and is therefore, rife with fraud!
Revealing my private, personal information -- and its NOT up to PayPal to determine what or which parts of my account information is private or not, revealing that information is plain WRONG and does not accomplish ANYTHING, not even its stated objective.
Please pass THAT information along to your superiors.

Explain your situation, how you primarily use a competitor with lower fees, your plans to increase sales expecially during the holidays, and you feel you can really increse your use of Billpoint with the reduced fee structure. I did awhile back and received the merchant rate which is just barely more than PayPal but it has an automatic sweep into my bank account each day which makes me sleep easier, for who wants to leave money with PayPal!

While I object the this whole policy, what I find most objectionable is Pay Pal revealing WHAT TYPE OF ACCOUNT I have. Whose business is that other than between me and Pay Pal?
