I don't know, it still doesn't bother me. I have gone to their auctions several times and have yet to been able to read the whole thing without my eyes glazing over.
It just doesn't apply to me. Send me your address and I send you the money and you send me the stuff. It seems they have no problems with that.
And then I click on the feedback and it is great.
Maybe, maybe if this seller had a few recent negs ( I mean, I have more recent ones than they do) and lower feedback and I could find what I wanted on another auction I might pass it by.
I emphasize (sp) that I do not agree with having all this in the TOS. But it wouldn't turn me off from bidding.

I think with a tos like that, and "this is not a computer game", but inviting people to withdraw their bids is going to open him/her up to bid retractions, some people hit the back button when they do not want to read all that, other people respond differently.

Those TOS would convince me not to bid as well. Sounds like the seller has lots of problems, and to me putting something like that up there is saying that the seller is unreasonable. I would expect problems, and thus avoid.

I think what some might be confusing here is that those who would, perhaps, be offended by such ranting would not be personally offended. Just put off a bit. To me, it might simply indicate a bad temperment on the part of the seller. If he/she acts that rudely as a general rule, I just might prefer NOT to do business with him/her, that's all. No big personal thing.
But if their feedback was good and I wanted the item and the rest of the ducks were in a row, I'd bid.
