I do have to say here that I never take anything any politician says as gospel! Not Gore ,not Bush not nobody! They are politicians they are trained to try to pull the wool over the voters eyes.

That is nice of you apologize and say you don't hate me as a Democrat anymore which means you did hate me a little while ago.
We all get caught up in a moment and we can all feel the passion of the moment but hate is not part of my life. It is too time consuming and eats a person up inside.
I don't believe everything that comes out of Gore's mouth anymore than I would hope you would believe everything that came out of Bush or Rush's mouth.
I like to think that I have a mind of my own. I can support the man without worshiping him/her.

Actually I don't worship BUSH either...that is why I didn't actively work to elect him.
Sure, I donated to his 'fund'...but I didn't even have a bumper sticker on my car or sign in my yard.
I think what is going on now is 'one upmanship'..don't you? The LAWYERS are having a grand time seeing who is smarter.
Wish all the lawyers would go home..sigh.
I just feel I'm more BUSH than for Gore..would you believe I crossed party lines and voted for CLINTON?(I feel that was a mistake...sigh...wanted to vote for BUSH..Clinton made better promises I guess).
I'm also pro military and think they got a bum wrap.

But Oddish, my license plates are upside down (couldnt read them to know which way was up). But sure...we can take my car. Uh, how do you spell STOP? And, does GREEN mean GO? Or does it mean "wait a sec"?
Carole, I debated with myself on whether to vote for Dole, believe it or not. I didnt, but the more I saw him after the election, the more I liked him for some darn reason.
Personally, I dont like either party right now. But if I have to choose, then I lean towards Gore, because hes in the category of "been there, done that" and at least we know what we will get. Alas, out of our hands now.
