As tom said, I also am sorry for any distress that PayPals little bump caused you.
I always expect the worst and settle for anything less, so this was not a big deal to me.
The 'sky is falling' deal is just because it seems as if every time there is a problem people tend to scream bloody murder before the dust has settled.
