I bought more than one set of disk so I could list them on Amazon as well. But they didn't get a bid so I sent her thoughs.

I have sold over 800+ items on ebay less than 100 people have choose to leave any feed back at all. At my request.

Wow, that is a terrible ratio.

Did you know that you can get any eBay feedback removed for $15.

If this is true, which I doubt, you really should check into getting some of your's removed.

The point of feedback is a way to determine what type of seller (or buyer) one is dealing with. I think your bidder found out the hard way.

I am sorry but I have no idea what this means.

A compainy named Squretrade has a contract as a medating compainy with eBay. If you pay them $15 per negaitive feedback they will remove your feed back for up to 2 year while they investigate.

And if you ask people NOT to leave you feedback then they don't unless there ID1OTs or just p-ssed off.

Notstarman,

The second time you shipped did you send a duplicate item, packaged exactly as the original one was? In other words, if the bidder bought the game Operation on CD rom new in the package from you did you the second time ship the game Operation on CD rom new in the package? If so, do NOT refund.

If, however, the second time you took your personal copy of the game Operation on CD rom, stuck it in your CD Burner and made a copy on a CD-R and sent it to them you should immediately refund the money.

Then again, if you offered insurance and the customer did not want it, you could use your discretion.

I usually look at it that I would like to build a customer base, not just have a one time customer. Happy customers tell one friend. Unhappy customers tell everyone who will listen.

JMHO

ID1OTs

I would be more careful about throwing the term "ID1OTs" around.

I also agree with MrsSantaClaus if you sent a second legit game then I would not give the bidder a refund.
