At present time, Vrane have the best value for the money. Once a while, they have a hiccup. So what? Almost everything on the net have problems.
If their lack of customer service is due to a lack of funds, I perfer it that way. Perfer low cost versus high cost with lousy customer service.
By now, anyone using their service should know what level of customer service Vrane provide. If you don't like it, don't sign up. Otherwise, for about a penny a relist, I am not sure what anyone has to complain about.
And now that everyone knows what can happen if Vrane have an outage, create your own contigency plan for the next time this occurs. Instead of whining or spending time attacking Vrane, spend time on the contigency plan.
