I neg'd a seller a few days ago and now all of my auctions are being looked at under a microscope by SafeHarbor. I find it real hard to believe that it is just a coincidence. First they canceled 4 of my auctions because I had a c2it logo they claimed was too big. Well, the logo isn't too big it is just that it is surrounded by a white box that is on top of a blue background, ahhhhh!!! The actual logo is the legal size. Another auction I was warned for using the word "style" in the title and description i.e. X Brand sunglasses with Widget style case. Well, they are X brand sunglasses and the case is Widget brand. How is this against the rules?? Has eBay itself become this picky, I have had these same auctions running for 3 or 4 months and not a peep from eBay 'til now. How about Y'all?

Yes, I only use one I.D. this is only the third neg I have ever left in over 400 eBay transactions, so I don't really see why I should use separate I.D.'s.
I left the neg after giving the seller a month to refund, and he had already left me positive feedback.

Follow Peter's advise, (he's pretty sneaky) get a second bidder account.
The seller that's reporting you will grow weary or preoccupied, he'll go away soon enough.

I think the problem with the second auction was using the word "style" the way you did; it sounds like key-word spamming.
In other words: If you had said "X brand glasses with Dior case", it would have been okay; but if you say "X brand glasses with Dior style case", then it's a no-no. (Unless, of course, Dior is VERO.)
