so is there a way to know who is using your pictures if you host with auction watch or you just see that there is activity on those pictures?

I just discovered that I was being charged yesterday for my "turtle" logo the appears in all my auctions and with the plan I am signed up for, I would not be paying for this picture hosting but there the charges were 4 different times so I wrote auctionwatch and they explained that if someone is stealing my images then I get charged.......My question is how do I find out who the seller is that is stealing them?

They are linking to your logo. How about modifying your templates and load another "logo" in lieu of the turtle with the same file name. You get to chose which you want. Your imagination is the only limit.

Have fun with it.

Hi,
I haven't tried this, since I host through my own ISP. But on the first part, somebody wrote
How I noticed, was when I was applying for a NPB refund on an auction and was looking for the ref id # of that auction and saw a whole bunch of hosting charges.

I dont get charged for hosting.

So, I checked the item numbers provided and low and behold a few people were stealing them.

So, perhaps ask AW what numbers you are charged for, then look to see who has it?

I can't tell when that auction ends. It looks like the last activity was on 09-24. I want to see what happens to that guy's feedback rating after it is over.

The auctions are over, but if any buyers see the free shipping and 50% discount offer after they paid full price they might be unhappy. In three auctions the guy sold about 40 of them.
The odds of at least one of them seeing it are good. Would be even better if someone that spoke spanish registered and emailed each buyer asking them if they really got their remote control for half price with free express shipping as advertised. I doubt the seller will list anymore linking to suns's host directly.

I just found someone who used my pic. I hadn't listed for a few weeks. I was checking my AW account and found his use. Auction ended though, without a winning bidder so I guess if he relists, I will have some fun.
