Hi deichen....I haven't heard from you for ages....I did some checking and realized I have had transactions with texas sweet!! She is one of ebay's finest...woulodn't you know it? We have actually TRIED to get deadbeats NARU"d and unsuccessfully......

"Used and new lingerie" might be the problem. I'll bet a seller with all new lingerie turned you in. Isn't it illegal to sell used undergarments? Perhaps you could just sell new lingerie.

IS it against the rules to sell used bras? Gee I buy bras all the time in the store and then wear them once or twice, don't like them, and sell them as worn once or twice.....didn't she state she bought her items in lots off ebay????????????????

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!! lol It's ok to sell used clothing so long as it's been laundered, and isn't stained.
I finally got an email from them! Seems they made a mistake, but made it right! lol go figure.
Restores my faith in Ebay ! And today it really waivered.
The only thing ... now i have to relist my 50 odd items again and i'm certain I have lost some business over this ... I had bids on many of the items they dinged ... oh well, at least I'm back in operation

Just a thought - if eBay is willing to admit that they made a mistake maybe you should ask them to contact all of the individuals who were bidding on your auctions to explain that the reason your account was cancelled was a mistake on their behalf and not anything that you had done wrong...
I doubt you'll be able to get them to do it, but it might be worth asking. By making such a mistake they seemed to have caused you some damage...
I wouldn't be too pushy about it, but it never hurts to ask...
