Received an AW WBN today for an auction that closed Sunday and that I paid for on Monday. Wondered what was going on.

We don't use AW, but another service and it's not Andale. We clearly state in our auctions that we will send an "automated" end of auction notice. If we don't hear from the bidder in three days (for whatever reason, and that could be many, from their e-mail program 'rejecting' our automated e-mail, or ? etc), we send a friendly e-mail request to use our checkout but alternatively, if they prefer, to send us their shipping address so we may calculate final total with shipping and tax (if applicable) for them.
We have very few who do not use our checkout and we don't hold them hostage. We go with the flow, and most people use our checkout with no problems or complaints.

Today I received my AW WBN from a buyer in the mail, 2 pages ........Along with a 4 page auction printout......and a personal note with his name/address and item/shipping information. 7 pages of ink - paper & time in the trash as I type his name and address in to the AW form.
Funny thing is, I filed a NPB on him along with two prior emails requesting he contact me in reference to the auction and the original WBN. Never responded to anything until today. The NPB.
Could have saved both of us a bunch of grief if he just responed to anything in the first place. Go figure...........
