Actually you could charge another .40 starting with your next auction bulk listing to your shipping/handling charge and send the emails. If you do it automated, the added amount will pay for the software pretty fast. No one ever said that customer service was a charity service even if you and your ilk so state, but you are entitled to be as Machiavellian about it as you like.

As a seller, I understand your frustration. Some sellers forget to even thank the customer after they receive the payment and do not even place feedback. If we,as sellers, want to continue doing business on Ebay, then we need to practice some common sense. Everyone likes to know they are appreciated. Everyone likes to hear Thanks - it was great doing business with you!
Come on you sellers out there - straighten up - you know who you are!
