If I mess up and ship the wrong item my customer gets a FULL Refund on shipping.

Knock on wood this has never happen

However in my TOS if you not insure the package. or it gets lost or damage by a third party like the post office, Fed ex
UPS ect ect you do not get a refund on postage or product now this leave me an opening to do a case by case

I sold a yard of carbon fiber to a guy
it came to him damaged with a note from the USPO saying "sorry" he sent me the note by request from me and I told him to pay for shipping and I will send him another yard

I have had to many people try and scam me for items so I had to make my TOS tougher but keep in mind that these are stll customers who are bidding on your items.
