Ok, This has been a terrible 24 hours. I watched my auctions close yesterday and just as I was going to send out EOA emails, my ISP went down. Tried to use my back up ISP (AOL) and it didnt work! Did you know their tech support is located INDIA??

Ok, now that I am online again, I am trying to file a Non paying bidder alert. It's not there! I went to My Ebay, down at the bottom of the page, I clicked on "Non Paying Bidder Program" which takes me to a help screen that tells you about it but there is nothing to click on to take me to the area to post a non paying bidder alert!!! Help! Where in the heck are they hiding it???

I hope your weekend was better

The link is actually there on the help screens (I accessed it through them the other day). It's just hard to find. Does anyone think that's a coincidence?

A coincidence? No

The eBay "help" system has been purposely degraded by eBay in an effort to frustrate their members to the point where they simply give up and go away. When they remove the option to "use the old help system", it will be totally useless.

AOL's tech support IS located in INDIA and they are THE worst I have ever encountered. I couldnt believe what they were telling me to do to get my problem resolved. I thought I could save time by getting their help. I just ended up wasting many hours with them instead and figured out how to fix the mess their techs had me create as well as fixing the original problem. I HATE AOL
