The KC 135 is the same airplane as the Boeing 707 airliner I believe ... only rigged for use as an air tanker.
My personal plane... ya right huh,
geez I post and it comes up on a page full of fighter planes I thought I was posting under the bears, anyway I think I am in the twilight zone now!

I always respond to an undeserved neutral with a negative - I did it just about an hour ago. It was a half transaction, as soon as they reported a problem, I immediately authorized them to return the item and give them a refund. What more can I do. It was a CD, do they expect me to listen to every item I sell to make sure it is okay? That is what refunds are for. Anyway, I am sure they won't be happy since they are a seller too, but oh well. I noticed one of their feedbacks said that the item was damaged, and the seller handled it well - It was a positive feedback. Negative feedback should be left when things are not worked out to your satisfaction, and as Jack said, a neutral is a chicken way to leave a neg. It's the same thing in my book.

JACK: I have not heard a peep from the neutral guy.
I did get a reply from a neg on a non paying bidder...death in the family, family is more important than eBay...OK fine but why are you still bidding on dozens of auctions?. Why does winning an auction cause people to drop dead? Strange, but it happens to my bidders all the time.

BUBBLE,,I TRULY BELIEVE I HAD ONE BUYER PASS AWAY ON ME. 4 THINGS TOTALING $300.00. HIS WIFE SENT OUT A MASS MAILER TO EVERYONE I TRULY THINK SHE COULD FIND THAT HAD ANY BUSINESS DEALINGS W/ HER HUSBAND,,I BELIEVED IT AND JUST LEFT IT ALONE. THE GUY WAS INTO SOMETHING I REALLY UNDERSTAND AND HE DID TOO. WE HAD TOO MUCH CONVERSATION TO BELIEVE IT BE ANY THING BUT THE TRUTH. RIP. I WOULD HATE TO THINK THAT MY,,,,NEG!!!! NEVER PAID! WERE THE LAST WORDS POSTED IN A FEED BACK FOR SOMEONE THAT "REALLY" PASSED AWAY. HOW HORRIBLE. THEY COULD NOT HELP IT. GOD PAID FOR HIM,,,,,,I AM SURE OF THAT. Yes, I even felt guilty after reading their response but then I remembered they had given me 2 other excuses as to why I didnt get my payment, then finally the death excuse...also they were bidding and winning dozens of auctions during the time they were too upset to mail payments because of the 'death' so I am pretty sure they are full of it. I have in the past given a bidder the benefit of the doubt when they gave me this excuse even though I am pretty sure they were lying.

I guess they think sellers won't check their bidding activity.
