Seller can't add a service fee to cover paypal fees yet the TOS states otherwise? Are you smoking some crack?

Is the issue of whether or not you can charge a fee to the buyer to accept PayPal a required issue twice a month?

"This restriction does not prevent you from imposing a handling fee in connection with the sale of goods or services, as long as the handling fee does not operate as a surcharge (in other words, the handling fee for transactions paid through PayPal may not be higher than the handling fee for transactions paid through other payment methods).

Step away from the PayPal cheerleading team. Their minds are made up okay. Do not, I repeat, do not confuse them with facts, statistics and real-life examples. It will not work. They will just repeat the same tired, obsolete, unrelated arguement again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again, etc....
.
A Man will spend $2.00 for a $1.00 item he needs.
A Woman will spend $1.00 for a $2.00 item she doesn't need.
