why the emotions run high when your reputation (feedback) is threatened. Today is the day that I have been dreading. I got my first message (messages - as there were 2 of the same itmes that we purchased)from safe harbor saying that we purchased these 2 items on around 9/7 and have not paid. AAGGHHH!! I don't understand. I sent both safe harbor and the seller the copies of the emails that were sent to me that confirms that she recieved the money orders, and I also stated in those emails the tracking number of the next day delivery (we really needed those items for a computer we were trying to fix) that had her payment in it and the money order numbers!!! What do I do now??!! I haven't even been neg'd and she never sent me a non-payment reminder slip - just out of the blue - this from safe harbor....

Perhaps the seller filed a NPB on you by mistake. A high volume seller could easily make a misstake. Write them an ask them why they why they filed the NPBs.
