What coralreef said.
When I was 30 I used to think my folks were old. Now I am the age my folks were when I was thirty. I just got back from my four mile walk and I feel "technically young".
The biggest thing lacking in this world is a semblance of civility.

Many Times I have gone to the Post office with Between 5-15 Parcels to be mailed. I have gotten the "looks" also, and one time a person on a cell phone was complaining to her friend (gotta' believe the friend was the same "type" ) that it was going to be a long time because I was ahead of her. BUT I am Lightning fast have Everything organized, and I'm sure the people watching are STUNNED how fast I get Through. I too am Tired of People (Seen 20 Year olds to 90 Year olds do this) stuggling between Puppies or Cats on the stamps with 12 People in Line...BUT the Post Office promotes those Damn stamps ,so it's really their fault. But I'm always amused How Unprepared almost everyone is in Line except me, the Guy with ALL the Packages.

austbounty- Where exactly did I state that I didn't like old people or people in general?
I was simply (Humorously intended I state again) mentioning that old people take too much time with the post office clerk.
I think you're reading WAY too much into this.
If you're old and don't take a lot of time in the PO, then fine, I'm not talking about you. I'm talking about "old granny Smith" who wants to look at every stamp so she can put just the right picture stamp on her phone bill.

replaymedia, I understand what you are saying. Even though I said good things about old folks I also have my share of annoyances with them.
I live in an area where there are lots of seniors. Many are medicated to the max, either from pain or from prescription abuse and they still drive. Others drive their scooters on the sidewalks at full speed like they are in a souped up hot-rod. But that's a whole different topic.
It's also difficult buying from them when they are certain that every item they own was on the Antiques Roadshow.
