Whatever quickdraw...if these individuals opt to act out in an uncivilized manner, and I would take a "risk" and say that shooting over a dozen people is uncivilized, then they are asking to treated in an uncivilized manner.

Doesn't matter if they ask to be treated uncivilized, we have a civilized society and must act civilized ourselves.

Two irrational acts don't make a right. We house and feed these killers because it is our choice to seperate the uncilvilized from the civilized. If murder was legal then I'd say go ahead and terminate their life early, but murder is illegal so we must pay to have them seperated from us.
Now if murder was LEGAL why would want to terminate their life?-if its legal they've done nothing wrong! HELLO MCFLY??
