sun818-I too use Westhost. have been using them for almost 5 years now. They are friendly and helpful. Paying quartely or yearly saves me money.
As far as development goes, I purchased Evrsoft First Page 2000 two years ago (just the basic CD) for $9.99 and it is great.
They have a free download on their site-but don't try it.it has messed up to many computers.
What I like about it is not just the ease of use-but the program has 4 levels you can use-Easy, Normal, Expert and Hardcore.
