I have had this little T-Pot several years
that I purchased at an estate sale.
It is a creamy yellow with raised flowers on it..It has crazing, but in good condition..
The mark on bottom is of course Made in Japan
with a diamond symbol that has a 41 in it..
Any one know what that is and if the pot has any value... Thank you for your input..

Hi
I have sold a Tea pot like this before, and the markings "made in Japan" if i remember correctly is after the War. (WWII).......and it happens to have a very pretty pattern of flowers and a great flower finial.
The number could be the mold number, I didnt know either, but I did list it on Ebay for 9.99 and it closed at 18.00..........which wasn't bad. It is very pretty and for a teapot collector who dosen't have one like this might be interested

Unfortunately, there were literally thousands of small ceramic factories in Japan right after WWII. I agree the diamond w/41 is the mold number. I doubt if anyone can give you a positive ID. Worth $10.00 to $20.00. Not real high quality if it is crazed. Most Japanese china doesn't craze. Thats why their china has been recognized over the world.
