Look people, I was under the impression that shop4shoes and shop4shoes.com was the SAME seller, and I apologized for that. I did twice but retracted the one post with the apology because it had other things in it that I wanted to leave out because it was the wrong seller I was talking about, I retracted ALL of those previous posts. Therefore one apology remains and the eBay seller shop4shoes here has accepted it and that's all that matters to me, not how many times everyone else on this board thinks I should apologize and not HOW everyone else thinks I should apologize.

However in my original post I wrote "I bought shoes from you at shop4shoes.com..." it was a mistaken identity and I said so and will once again - MISTAKE.

I bought these shoes via my brother's Paypal account because I do not have one. I paid for them with my own money. WE live at the same address. The same billing address and the same shipping address. They were supposed to be shipped under MY NAME. My brother's e-mail was NEVER contacted about this nor was my e-mail when I tried. They still have not contacted my brother even after HE e-mailed them again today and even with my post in this forum.

What difference does it make what e-mail address they get e-mail from? If they only want to deal with my brother why don't they? and why if they have had money since the 2nd of April, why didn't they ship shoes to my brother?

The fact is they have my money, but I have no item. Paypal HAS been notified via complaint form.

I said that SHOP4SHOES.COM uses the name n2shoes, which I am sticking by because it is true and I have the paypal confirmation to confirm it. I did not say anything about an EBAY SELLER n2shoes.

I know the shoes have not been shipped because I LIVE AT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS! I AM THE DISTRESSED BUYER!!!

"There is no seller n2shoes" "You do owe n2shoes an apology." ??what??

shop4shoes -

Yes, there seems to be several sales categories where you must be brave of heart, great of energy, and thick of skin, to participate in.

After ~over 60 summers & winters, I guess I just don't care to joust in that tounament!

shevamp,

It hasn't even been 30 days yet. If they were sent via the Post Office, you need to cool your jets and wait a little longer before you go off half cocked.

Can't even file a claim until 30 days after mailing with the post office.

I don't blame your seller for not corresponding with anyone but the "buyer". The seller knows they were paid via a different email address. With all the scams being run these days, I wouldn't have corresponded with you either. I would have told you the same thing, I would only correspond with the email addy registered in conjunction with the payment.

I understand your point. But that's why I said the seller never corresponed with the "BUYER". Never responded to my brother's e-mail or sent him the shoes or said they were delayed. I never got an e-mail stating "They only speak with the buyer" nothing to me, nothing to him. They never said they were shipped, they never said anything to me or him, and to come on here and outright LIE and say they have is totally false. That's why I am concerned.

You know i've been scammed before and it really ticks me off, I think if you guys were in my position you might be responding differently.

I don't know if I am the only one that got the impression from wholesale shoes post, they have been emailing customers from an address not associated with their site. I suggest you check your spam filters to see if anything is being blocked. Their emails coul be caught in AOL's spam filters. As others have said here, AOL can be bad for email.

I said that SHOP4SHOES.COM uses the name n2shoes, which I am sticking by because it is true and I have the paypal confirmation to confirm it. I did not say anything about an EBAY SELLER n2shoes.

That is not what you originally said. You did say that a website that leads to another seller on ebay beloged to them. I took it that way and so did others. You did not bring paypal into it until later. You know that and we all know that. You listed shop4shoes and n2shoes side by side in the same manner. We took them to mean the same thing. Websites. You even mentioned the html design and said something was "stinky". One website led to an ebay seller. That seller has great feedback. No one here would have found the other seller if you had not brought it up.

Shevamp, why are you still posting here? The seller responded on this board and has shown much more class than you have. He didn't post any of your information on this board. He didn't make any disparaging remarks about you either.

This has nothing to do with ebay anymore. Shop4 accepted your apology and you refuse to acknowledge that you caught another seller up in your crap. Nothing else to do.

Many of us have been ripped off. We don't commit slander on public boards to reslove the problem.

I did not commit slander against the seller wholesalefootwear, period. I said they were paid and I never got my stuff. I didn't list anything about them anyone in the world couldn't find out on their own for free...public knowledge. They came on this board and LIED about e-mailing me and e-mailing "the seller", about me not being the buyer, blah blah blah. Still no explanation of what that has to do with not shipping items paid for. I posted my e-mail address here for the world to see, so I don't care if they didn't post "Personal Info" about me. I didn't post their names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.

Yes, I still was posting here. It's America and we have freedom of speech. If you don't like it, don't read it or if it's bothering you so much why are YOU posting back? I wasn't even talking to you.

For the last time....I said shop4shoes.com has a direct link to paypal that has their name listed as n2shoes. I NEVER MENTIONED THE WORDS EBAY, PERIOD. I was talking about websites not eBay sellers. I didn't even know there was a n2shoes eBay seller! If you or anyone else took it that way, you did not read what I wrote carefully.

Yes, I also found it interesting that n2shoes.com and shop4shoes.com have the same meta codes.

At this point i'm sorry I deleted my previous posts because i'd be able to point back to them and show you my exact words.

This is ridiculous. I have been insulted by many members on this bored and have had rude remarks made to me over and over, so you guys must be kidding with me by stating that I was commiting slander.

The shop4shoes.com store won't reply to any e-mails, I don't care who they're from and where they're from. They wanna talk about not responding to different e-mail addresses but that's like saying I won't respond to them because they have [email protected] and [email protected], ridculous. When you check where their e-mail comes from (in codes/html) it seems to be coming from an AOL account (which I will not list here) and NOT where it's suppossed to be coming from. So if no one else thinks this is fishy, along with the fact that an item was bought and paid for almost a month ago with no shipment or e-mail, then fine. I really don't care what you guys think.

Have a nice night.

-end-

Since you bought from a website, the site would fall under the UCC with regard to mail order companies, which says a company must ship within 30 days or notify the buyer of a delay.

The purchase was only made 18 days ago, so you are out of line to continue with your comments.

You ARE posting libelous statements by continuing this little tirade.

First you say you haven't received any emails, now you say the seller is using AOL.

How do you know if you haven't received any emails?

Your credibility at this point is less than zero and dropping like a rock.

Listen, I have been pretty nice about everyone saying things like my credibility sucks and I am a liar and I don't make sense and go away, etc. until now.

Lady, you are a tool.

I would explain how I got all my info about this seller, but it's not even worth it since everyone on this board thinks my credablity is crap.

What I will say is this: when I first made an account with shop4shoes.com, I got an e-mail from them with my password. THEN and ONLY THEN I got an e-mail. That's how I know that the email I received by shop4shoes.com was sent by a third party software relaying from within the aol network as if it were an authentic shop4shoes.com mail server. Read this if interested or don't get it:

Paypal doesn't do diddly when you have a problem neither does eBay. I've dealt with them both. However the neccesary steps were taken and a complaint was filed.

Maybe everyone's right, I have nothing better to do than tell lies about seller's and make up stories for no reason whatsoever. You've found me out and are so much smarter than I had thought you'd be.

eBay related...I THOUGHT it was...but everyone's just showing up now and not reading through the entire post.

Don't everyone forget to get their panties in a bunch now.

I am so done with you people.

Many of us here are computer savvy enough to know that what you are saying is bunk.

Eudora, OutlookExpress, Calypso, Minit Mail and nearly every other mail program and isp server put the originating user in the headers. There is nothing deceitful or unusual about that if someone is using a mail program to reply. If I don't use the control panel for my website to reply to customers and use my mail program it includes info about my isp. That is measure most isps use to help prevent spam.

However autoemails when someone signs up for an account are part of shopping cart programs. I am pretty sure I know which cart program they are using. Their signup and password recovery emails don't use "relays" and are sent from the server. In their headers the only thing it would have is the server info. If you know they use AOL as their isp you got at least one message besides the sign up/password message.

shevamp: It doesn't take long to acquire a reputation in these parts, and when you stepped on your tongue comin' through the door most of us were, I think, inclined to look at you askance.

Since many of us are sellers and some of us even make our livings this way, we do not take half-baked accusations of fraud lightly. And so far your claims have been, shall we say, pretty doughy.

Quit haranguing us and backpedaling here; that's not going to convince anyone. Pursue the usual channels to resolve your transaction (which has nothing to do with the subject of this thread) and, please, in the future, deal directly with sellers, ok? Leave us and your brother out of it? Thanks.
