Sparkz, I'm sure he's just fine. Kind of amusing the way he tried to reduce the shipping though.
He asked me before he bid if I would accept cash because, in his words, most online payments are not available in Indonesia. I do feel sorry for the probably 98% of Indonesians who have to carry the stigma of the other 2%.

Lucy...When I first started accepting Bidpay, there was always a warning in the email they would send out not to ship anything to Indonesia without getting a special clearance from them. They cited the high incidence of fraud as the reason. That warning hasn't been in the notifications for some time now, but I would imagine it would take longer to get the final approval from them for an Indonesian shipment than for other countries. You're absolutely correct. It's a shame the entire population gets painted a bad color because of a few very active scammers.
