Here are 3 emails from this seller with his explanations:
1. I'm sorry if the listing was confusing, it is styled to look antique, and it is plated with sterling silver.

2.I do have all the items currently listed in stock, but unfortunately due to the heavy weight of the flatware, the shipping and handling is as stated

3. Unfortunately I can't accept payment by money order. Opening a paypal account is free, and very easy to do. Typically I don't combine shipping and handling on orders, but if you do purchase at least two of the tea sets, and two pairs of sunglasses, I'll cut off 25% of the combined shipping and handling price. Does that sound fair to you?

... which would have been $120!!! I told him it was a tad exhorbitant!
Did anyne NOTICE MOST OF HIS SUNGLASS AUCTIONS ARE MISSING???

He had 135+ auctions this afternoon ... down to 73 now - all those sunglass auctions are gone. Someone must have mentioned something to ebay. He wont be around long ... but it'll be interesting I'll bet!

I really liked the dirty background this "750.00" broken? bracelet was photographed on.

I emailed leather to ask what "vintage antique" means. I also told him he was lucky to find so many V&A silver items.

Bet he doesn't answer.

Hey -- why didn't I think of adding a "Manners" clause in my TOS? Uhhh, because it's stupid? Man, there are unsuspecting bidders of this seller's goods who are goin' to be raked over the coals....

Take a look at this clause:

Manners

This is a very important section. If you email me with threats and demands like... "I need a tracking number now or I will..." or "I will leave negative feedback if you dont..." ...this is rude and if you do not ask NICELY, you will get equal treatment from me. I am a GOOD, HONEST person and I do not rip anyone off, and I can be very very nice and helpful... BUT if you are demanding or rude to me, then you will be treated exactly how you treated me. Just because you are the customer, that does not give ANYONE the right to be rude. I do not use vulgar language, and I will always say "please" and "thank you"... unless you do not have the same courtesy for me.

Then how about the feedback section? Talk about "threats."

LEATHERGEAR's auctions alll seem to be closed now. He's probably correcting all his listing errors, or something.
