Jack,
If you have Norton, is it properly updated automatically? I have had three automatic updates this week. You should have also. What happens when you do a virus scan with Norton? You might try deleting those temporary internet files through Windows Explorer as I suggested above. While you're there, find the cookies folder and delete all your cookies. Your whole problem could be a corrupt cookie, which is somewhat common when you try to manage more than one Ebay account on the same computer.

Hi Jack,
If you don't want to fork out for an antivirus. Try this.

It is hands down the best free antivirus. It also happens to be better than most bought ones, and a lot less invasive. It automatically updayes itself and everything.

Adrian

well one thing has to do with Norton Internet Security ..do you have that? It looks like folks with that problem have loops in sign-in..sign-in and then have o sign on again etc...many can view the ebay site but can't get to "My Ebay" or sign in as seller..some have timed out..what, specifically happens when you sign in? I'll bet it has to do with the new sign in
here's one thread: I cannot sign in at all with IE (v6.0.2800.1106) today. The last time I signed in was sometime last week. I get the error message:
The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.
The url on this failure is: http://signin.ebay.com/ws2/eBayISAPI.dll?SignIn&ssPageName=h:h:sin:US
I tried clearing all temp files & cookies, lowering security and privacy settings to low, but no change.
The only recent Windows upgrade (I'm running Win2k) was Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1 on Sep 28th.
Any ideas?

Mozilla Firefox still works fine (that's how I entered this note).
