Ok ... I have to get this out before I explode!!! I am so tired of other sellers copying portions of my auctions, my titles, and my pictures (although I put a stop to it, some are still using old pictures of mine that they previously copied). I wouldn't mind it if they at least would e-mail me and ASK. But they don't. Aside from them using my pictures, which are blatantly watermarked, one seller copied my title, switched the words around a little bit, but ... and here's the kicker ... left in the letter "B" in the title. I guess she/he didn't know WHY the letter "B" was there, but felt it must be important because it was in my title. The fact is, the letter "B" was the file in which I placed my pattern so that I could find quickly when it was time to ship it! It is so ridiculous!
I'm sorry for the rant, but it really gets to me sometimes.
You can go to Vero and turn her in for this. It's easy and they will remove the auctions and tell her why. If she continues to copy you work, they will kick her off eBay.

Not really. If she has it watermarked and all her other pictures are watermarked the same way, they will use that.
Someone copied one of my pictures and they looked at my logo on my ME page. My pictures are watermarked with it.

I have the same problem. I put up to 14 pictures on my auction, and when people copy them, I get charged 10 cents each by Vendio. It takes me hours a day to scan and edit pictures, then someone comes along and take a few seconds, and my money, and my sales!

Debbie and Jack ... I did report her to Ebay and even though my pictures were clearly watermarked, they wouldn't do anything about it because I didn't have the pictures in the old auction any longer. I thought that was extremely unfair! I wrote to the seller and she played stupid until I pointed out that my pictures were clearly watermarked, then I didn't hear from her again.
Did you report her to eBay or go through Vero? eBay usually waits until the auction ends if they even look into it. But if you go the Vero route, it will get pulled quick.

And keep an eye on this woman. They usually wait about a week and then try it again. I guess they think it will get lost in all the other auctions.
