My guess would be that since Thursay night midnight to about 3-4AM Friday morning is their normal downtime for scheduled maintenance, the problem probably started after they came back online early this morning. I've had a funny feeling something like this would happen every since they hired the guy who used to maintain the voting machines in Florida.

Dreams - I'm MW user (two accounts actually - one for my US ebay accounts, one for my UK) and all I can say is I LOVE THEM. I never have problems with their services. The one time I needed to speak with CS I called their 800 number and they called me back within 30 minutes. What you will truly love though is their reporting options. Any report you could need is yours with just a few clicks. Oh yeah - and there is no additional charge for their store.
Oh yeah - when they realized about 2 weeks ago that there were some unusual delays in listing for their UK based users, they emailed all UK users to inform them of the discovery (which was barely notible to tell you the truth) and let them know they had discovered the problem and were fixing it. From the tone of the email, it was something that users had not brought to their attention but rather something that they themselves came across when using the system and rather than seeing if users complained, they just fixed it.
If you have any questions about them I'll be more than happy to help - you can email me at [email protected]. Just send up a flag here for me to check my mail.

IM GLAD YOUR HAVING SUCH A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE BUT COME ON...I HAVE NO PICS ON 300 AUCTIONS FOR 24 HOURS..INCLUDING A PAYDAY FRIDAY ON THE HOLIDAY TIME FRAME.
THAT IS NOT RELIABLE
THAT IS A REAL SHAME.
IM SURE VENDIO WILL MISS MY $200-300 A MONTH IM GIVING THEM. BECUASE IM LEAVING
I ALREADY HAVE A LIST OF PROBLEMS WITH VENDIO ..WHY SHOULD I KEEP WAITING AROUND
AND THIS HAS RUINED MY DAY.
I MEAN US EBAY SELLERS ALREADY GET IT HARD ENOUGH WITH AGGRESSIVE EBAYERS.
I NEED PEACEFUL DAYS
NOT STRESSFUL ONES!
I HAVE TO WONDER IF THE PEOPLE POSTING POSITIVE VENDIO REPLYS DONT WORK FOR VENDIO..ALSO WHERE IS VENDIO..Dont they USUALLY post a chat to.

Oh, there is something glowing here alright, I think that its the hot coals that someone is going to be dragged through. Good Grief, first charge then stop providing. This is the way to run a business??!?

I am not sure if its related or not but I experienced UNBEARABLE site slowness when I was trying to crank out FP listings on 11-30. Vendio's response was predicatble" "try clearing your cache...". Others experienced slowness too but never heard what or why it was. Dang it! I could have listed 1000 FP instead of 600 listings without pictures today!

The mods are all probably fielding complaints in the Community -> Vendio Services section below - if you want them to anwer you had better post there

I quit Vendio long ago, way too many problems and it seemed like anything extra I wanted to do they found a way to tack in a new charge. With Works it is all inclusive. Your listings, your store, image hosting, customer management, and any imaginable form of sales reporting you could ever want. Wondering what your sales and profit history on any specific item is? Click a button beside the inventory listing and there it is... each individual listing and its results as well as grand totals and averages. Easy way to see if some thing needs to change to bring sell thru rates up or if perhaps there may be a little room to hedge and try bumping your prices up a little. Like I said - if you ever want an opinion or help from a user, just give a yell.
BTW - It REALLY is that easy to switch over. You can import all of your existing auctions into their inventory system with two clicks. Import your images, set your shipping settings and you'll be ready run by morning.

For the last 48 hours I have had all kinds of problems with picture hosting and listing from Vendio. I was told I had a "internet transit problem", I said the problem was with Vendio and they said to contact my ISP as Vendio had no problems. Looks like I might have known what I was talking about.

Fielding complaints, my azz! They are doing exactly what they always do when there is a major issue such as this - MIA.
When it comes to Customer Service, there is none.
