There is nothing anyone can do except the programers at Vendio and I am sure they are working hard to resolve your problems, but why all the posts about this. One certainly is enough. You just have to be patient and starting all the threads isn't going to make it happen. I haven't heard or been around when Vendio has refunded.
Anyone remember the 3 day outage? but then the who site was down.
