Dear Vendio
You have no problem charging me and other users fees evey month. You depened on our fees to keep you going. I would now like to fee you vendio. I need about $500 to cover my loss for friday with no pictures.
I do not list 2 or 3 items a day..but 20-75 items a day.
anyone else agree about major compensation.
You depened on my money to be in the bank for your fees and I depened on your pictures to make the money.
Anyone else agree?

All my eBay auctions went off last night with NO sales due to NO images from Vendio. Would like a credit adjustment, please.
And the images are still not showing up. Can't make sales without images. Those of us who use your image service are losing money at a very crucial time of the year - not only in listing fees but in lost sales.
Fair is fair. Would like a credit.

A portion of our user base may be noticing intermittent images and Gallery view performance.
It takes some nerve to charge for this! I have over 600 listings on auction and in my eBay store, and NO IMAGES! From the complaints here, on the Vendio Services board, and doing a search on eBay, it is OBVIOUSLY more than a portion and is most definitely NOT intermittent.

This is pathetic. My item is SEASONAL...i.e. TIME SENSITIVE. I have lost half a day over this already  grrrrrr

it is weird; it really IS only a portion of vendio users ... a local friend of ours that uses vendio called this morning to complain of the same thing and assumed i was having the same problem ... she had no images in any of her listings, and she couldnt even get logged into vendio ... i'm 10 miles from her and my photos were fine, and HER photos were fine for ME to see!!! ......

Yeah-2 of my friends are also using Vendio, one has pictures, and one doesn't.

HI, not only did I have auctions go off with no pictures too, I couldn't even get in to Vendio at all last night. I tried from 8pm my time till after midnight. So I couldn;t get any work done either. I agree that a refund is in order. This is getting hard enough to do with all the NPB and fees, and now no pictures!!! And mine were gone all night and still this morning. Please Vendio, understand, things are not good and every penny does count to some of us.

They definitely should be making adjustments! I asked as much in a message to customer service. Is this ever done? I just started this week. Are they always this unrealiable?
Specialstuff - I'm with you! Every penny counts...and they know it too....thats why they want their cut of the pennies!

They just upgraded their Atari400s to Atari800s, so there may be a SLIGHT adjustment period for about a decade...
ACTUALLY, about 2 years ago, I thought they were pretty unreliable & left -- use only the GALLERY now, which is nice!
HOWEVER, over the past 18mos, I've noticed that a large majority of VD users are VERY SATISFIED with their reliability, & I have been recommending them to folks who list 100s of auctions/week.
This is the first major FUBAR (nay, dare I say SNAFU?) I can remember for a LOOOONG time...

I'm a casual lister so I couldn't say for sure, but this is the third time this has happened to me. I don't think that a great record of reliability.....just my humble opinion....

I hope it at least gets fixed by tonite since I depend on weekends big time!........
I think we all should receive a credit of some kind since this problem has hurt our auctions, pictures is more important then descriptions, I am receiving emails from possible buyers saying, your pictures are not showing up.
So not only are new auctions not being done because whats the use without pictures?
The auctions that are up are just being skipped over by many lookers.

UPDATE 12:00 PM: We are continuing to work on this problem. We expect that we will be able to resolve the issue shortly, but we do not have a firm ETA at this time. The best estimate is early afternoon (Pacific time.) Thank you again for your patience.

I suppose you could sue them, but it would be unlikely to go your way. The most they are going to refund for are the listing fees for the day or however long they are down for. Images are definitely a major part of selling on ebay, for all your sakes I hope this gets resolved soon.

No, they are debugging sweet16. Basic went out last month.
What is really strange is that it is only doing this to some of the people and not others. I started out thismorning with really slow picture loading then everything returned to normal for me.
Then this afternoon, wham, no pictures on other peoples auctions. (I was out surfing to see what was selling and for how much. Now I know...nothing because you can't see all of it.) Very strange...

neglus - I didn't see pictures for your auction (I followed your link). I did see the gallery picture, but I assume that is because Ebay has a copy of it.

This is really started to get on my nerves now, the emails just keep coming in saying no pictrues are coming up, well i not only have to explain why, Now i have to send them pictures, this just came in to me now.........Hello, How's the weather up there? Can you e-mail me a picture of the item listed? I can't seem to pull it up for viewing.
........lol.........guess this is going to be a great weekend.

I KNOW i HAVE GOTTEN 20 EMAILS ABOUT PICTURES TODAY. IM LOSING MAJOR MONEY HERE. I COUNT ON FRIDAYS..FOR SOME REASON IT IS MY BEST DAY

Most ISPs offer web space. It's a good idea to use that to host your pics. It's free and far more reliable. I don't understand why more people don't take advantage of that.

Well, at least you're getting requests for pictures. I'm sure my items are those that the bidder will just look right past without an image.
I was going to use my ISP's space, but they don't give us much! They don't have an easy way to get more storage either.

If it were me, I'd skip the BB and be madly posting my pix from my isp or host in page updates on my auctions.
Vendio is radio silent, and that speaks volumes, imho.

I agree completely, Japerton! I work for a computer company and they take these things very seriously. Our own IT people are better than this about telling internal users (like me) what is going on!!!

GETTING REQUEST BUT NO BUYS
I USUALLY SPEND ALL DAY LISTING TODAY FOR FRIDAY..BUT ALL ITEMS I LISTED THIS MORNING ~ WELL I GOT AN EMAIL FROM EBAY SAYING CAN NOT LOAD PICTURE
I HAVE 300 ITEMS LISTED AND I REALLY WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW SOON SELLERS NOTICED THIS AS I HAD 60 AUCTIONS END LAST NIGHT
I WANT TO KNWO HOW LONG THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON.
IF I CAN DO A QUICK SWITCH TO MARKETWORKS LIKE THEY SAY I CAN..I WILL DO IT TOMORROW.
THEY ALSO CALL YOU AND YOU CAN TALK TO THEM WITHOUT PAYING PER CALL. WHICH IS ALSO RIDICULOUS WHEN YOU SPEND THE KIND OF MONEY I DO.

don't know what time but this is the first time in 6 months or more that I've run auctions and NO PICTURES? Thanks a hell of a lot VD.
