THIS IS WHAT YOU WANT US TO PAY $90,000.00 PLUS FOR UNDER YOUR NEW BUSINESS PLAN?

A SERVICE THAT IS DOWN ONCE A MONTH OR MORE BECAUSE OF "EBAY CHANGES".

AREN'T YOU GUY SUPPOSED TO BE PARTNERS WITH EBAY NOW? AS I UNDERSTAND IT YOU ARE FORKING OVER BIG BUCKS FOR API ACCESS. WHY CAN'T YOU GUYS COMMUNICATE WITH THE SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT AUCTION SITE YOU SERVICE?

DO YOU EVER TALK TO THEM DIRECTLY? I CAN GIVE YOU THEIR POWER SELLER GOLD PHONE NUMBER IF YOU NEED IT.

IF YOU KEEP THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE UP YOUR NEW FINAL VALUE FEE STRUCTURE WILL NEVER NET YOU ANY ADDITIONAL PROFITS BECAUSE WE WONT BE ABLE TO SELL ANYTHING.

GET WITH THE PROGRAM AND START RUNNING THAT PLACE LIKE A REAL BUSINESS. YOU CHARGE A LOT OF MONEY FOR THIS SERVICE NOW, AND WANT TO CHARGE US A LOT MORE FOR IT IN THE FUTURE. WHERE IS THE ADDED VALUE IF WE CAN'T EVEN START OUR AUCTIONS? HOW DOES YOUR SERVICE SAVE US TIME THAT MAKES IT WORTH SO MUCH MONEY TO US WHEN WE SPEND MANY HOURS FIXING THE SCREW UPS YOUR TOTAL LACK OF COMMUNICATION WITH EBAY CAUSES.

MONTH AFTER MONTH "AW" IS SUDDENLY SURPRISED BY THESE EBAY CHANGES, EVEN WHEN THEY ARE ANNOUNCED A WEEK IN ADVANCE ON THE EBAY ANNOUNCEMENT BOARD AS LAST MONTHS CHANGE TO THE LOGIN PROCESS WAS. "AW" WAS DOWN ABOUT ONE FULL DAY BECAUSE OF THE "SURPRISE" CHANGE TO THE EBAY WEB SITE.

I JUST CAN'T BELIEVE WITH ALL OF THE RECENT SEVERE PROBLEMS WITH YOUR SERVICE YOU WANT TO DRAMATICALLY RAISE YOUR FEES BECAUSE YOU FEEL OTHER SERVICES CHARGE A LOT MORE.

DO THEY WORK A LOT MORE OF THE TIME? MAYBE THEY ARE WORTH IT???

I STILL HAVE A STRONG DESIRE TO WORK WITH YOU GUYS ON YOUR FEE STRUCTURE AS WE HAVE DISCUSSED IN OTHER THREADS REGARDING THEM. BUT IF YOU GUYS KEEP CONSISTENTLY SHOWING THAT YOU CAN'T KEEP THIS SERVICE RUNNING, WHAT WILL WE BE PAYING FOR? MORE HEADACHES OF MANUALLY ADJUSTING THE DURATIONS OF AUCTIONS AND RESCHEDULING THEIR START TIMES SO THAT WE CAN FILL THE HOLES LEFT IN OUR CLOSING SCHEDULE? I CAN TELL YOU RIGHT NOW WHAT THAT IS WORTH TO US, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

WHEN YOUR SERVICE WAS FREE, WE GOT WHAT WE PAID FOR. NOW THAT WE ARE PAYING FOR IT, WE ARE STILL GETTING THE SAME LOUSY SERVICE PLAGUED BY DOWN TIME AND EXTRA WORK. BUT NOW WE PAY FOR IT AND SOON WE WILL HAVE TO PAY A LOT MORE. AS THE FEES GO UP WITH THE SERVICE GET WORSE?

THANK YOU

HDOUTLET

(SORRY ABOUT THE ALL CAPS, BUT THIS IS WORTH YELLING ABOUT WHEN YOU HAVE 200+ PENDING AUCTIONS AND MORE ERRORING OUT EVERY MINUTE.)

This is unbelieveable. I spent 3 hours on 3 auctions only to find out they are sitting with the dreded error message. How frustrating. I can't believe the left hand doesn't know what the right had is doing. Poor management. When ebay depends on outside forces to lauch auctions don't you think it would be nice if they would tell them what they are doing. Well, I will go to bed and maybe when I wake up and the sun is shinning it will be a better day. My gosh if all big businesses ran their business like that they would go broke, instead we as sellers are the ones that are suffering not ebay. I guess I will take a pill and go to bed and hope that things will get better.
goodnite.

Gee -

I wrote just about what HDOUTLET did (about the API), but they (Chris) deleted my message. I guess I don't rate...........

*** When it this going to be fixed?? I have already lost my free relistings with eBay, but I would still like to know if I should waste my time trying to reset my auctions, or just blow off another day...... ***

Okay, it is 6:10 EST and I still am unable to launch my auctions. Will this problem be fixed SOON or do we go back to manual launching from ebay. I only use AW now so I can SCHEDULE auctions to launch, but it is absolutely worthless to me if they DON'T launch. We need and deserve some answers, obviously no one worked overtime to correct this or we should be up and running again! Let us know after your cup of coffee & biscuit what the status is PLEASE!

Just thought I would add my 2 cents. All I did this morning is resubmit each auction with a launch time of 11 hours from now. Hopefully the problem will be fixed by then. I have to say I have looked into other options for listing and so far Auctionwatch is the least expensive and has that option of scheduling your auctions which others don't have or you pay dearly for them. I have used Auctionwatch for 2 years and I really am quite satisfied with it. So let's try and be patient.

I am trying to be patient, but this is my grocery money we are talking about! I don't launch 200 auctions in a minute, but I do list enough auctions that this outage and the new rate structure is hurting big time. I too have checked out other options, and realize that they are more expensive, but if they are more reliable I am wondering if they aren't worth it. At the moment, I am more frustrated than patient! I am a long time customer, and hate being treated like this - especially when they have just told me it is going to cost more to use their services!!

ChristopherAW said "At around 3:20 (ish) today eBay made some unannounced changes on their site, which actually took them offline for a short period of time. We were able to list to them for a little bit, then they released the revised changes to the site".

Well, my first auction was set to launch at 3pm PST and all the rest at 5 minute intervals thereafter. My first one launched at 3pm PST but the one at 3:05pm PST failed as did all the rest. If the trouble started at 20 minutes or so after the hour, why was I begining to experience these errors at 5 minutes after the hour? It doesn't make sense to me. Did something else happen with you or ebay begining at 3:05 (ish) PST also?

I don't think they get in the "office" until 8am pacific time. It is currently 10:50am eastern time so they should be posting updates in about 15 minutes or so. By the time they start working at 8am their time it is already 11am here and I'll be thinking about an early lunch cuz I didn't have breakfast today. Hopefully they will have this issue worked out by this afternoon so I can relist last nights auctions this evening.

Okay now this is getting totally ridiculous. I started trying to list auctions yesterday and am still getting the same error today. Now I see that they have even stopped giving any updates. If I am not able to list my items by this evening I will be leaving auctionwatch and either go back to manually listing everything or changing services. How can we know what is going on....read your minds?

There are plenty of words that describe the current SNAFU, unfortunately none of them can be said here.

And is not it funny that all the AW monitors have gone strangely silent....

What's wrong, and can you or can you not fix it? Your paying customers that are trying to eek out a meeger living need to know, so we have time to make back-up provisions.

The courtesy of a response would be greatly appreciated..........and well deserved.....

Ok I turned off my computer last night thinking I could launch my auctions before I took my daughter to school this morning and guess what? IT IS STILL NOT WORKING! One auction in particular needs to go as it is a halloween item and I need the exposure NOW.

I didn't gripe when you raised fees again as I had been pleased with your services, but this is really irritating me. I'd like to know when your services will work again.
AND I would like to know how you will reimburse your loyal customers too!

Another day completely wasted. No updates from AW, no nothing.
I allways thought customer care was an important issue in American business. How wrong I was. This company AW just doesn't seem to care about the people who keep it going financially.

First you tell us at 4:43 that "Launch problems Service has been restored. We apologize for any inconveniences."

Then you tell us at 7:43 that "Problems with Auction Relist. We are currently experiencing some difficulties with relisting auctions. Our engineers are aware of the problem and are digging into it."

If this problem isn't fixed by 12:00 CDT then I'm going to start using the FREE lister that Ebay supplies. Since I'm going to have to sit here and baby sit the launching of the auctions I might as well do it for FREE.
