I'm thinking of doing what you all suggested and see if it will give him a wake-up call..
If he's filed NPB, he's sent you the original invoices for each auction, so how do you expect to claim 'non-performance' or 'non-delivery' when you know darn well you have not yet paid for the items?

Power - Just make sure there are no 1989 Upper Deck. This is what one looks like:
This is the most valuable card in the set, also Randy Johnson and there are a couple of errors as well including a reversed negative of Dale Murphy.
Good Luck!
As for the other person in this thread I guess I am going south after I die but my policies are well within the acceptable guidelines. I wonder how you feel about those .01 CD sellers? My whole point was people need to follow the TOS. Should the seller have responded? Yes, but without knowing how long between emails and the increasing tone of them I can't pass judgment. I would have responded but I always respond to questions. He made his statement to you with a NPB. By doing that he said he was not combining. As long as a seller does what they are supposed to by the auction guidelines then you are responsible to pay for the items. As far as attacking the way I run my auctions, well you are entitled to your opinion and I would be willing to bet you would not be purchasing any of my items in the first place or you would have seen that these are acceptable terms in the category.

Bizzy,
DO NOT PAY THIS IDIOT. IF THE SELLER DOESN'T HAVE TIME TO RESPOND TO YOU, THEN THEY DO NOT HAVE TIME TO ACCEPT YOUR PAYMENT
Sports Cards do not belong on ebay. They bring out all of the bottom feeders. Put them on Bidville where they belong.

Doesn't this board have a moderator? The comment serves no helpful purpose.
As to bizzy's original question, is it possible to answer the NPB warning with the reply that you have yet to receive the total amount owed to the seller? Or, if the seller accepts paypal, could you pay the seller the amount owed for the three auctions plus shipping for one of the auctions? If the seller still wants more $$$, he would definitely let you know.

Apparently Stop is one of those bottom feeders. He never has anything positive to offer and now is diverting the attention his rightful attention.
Boo Hoo. At least we agree on one thing. We don't need your advice here.

Hey StoneCold, I did not realize that they had a limit on characters in your user name, it is a shame you could not fit the "idiot" after it. Tell you what, I will leave you alone with your 4th 6 pack of the night so you can go back and watch your WWE Raw tapes.

fenix -- love that story!
captian -- I'm with you. It's understood that that's how cards go on ebay. I've had it with buyers who think their honor is at stake if they have to pay a penny over actual postage.
