Thank you,thank you,thank you,glassgrl
These sellers are sleazeballs,blatant crooks.
When these lousy scums do complete a sale;the buyer will then tell all they know how they were scammed. Probably will in the news. THEN ALL eBAY sellers are put under a microscope by many potential buyers.
So ya see it tis our business what others, like these vomitpiles do!

The buyer has been on Ebay for 6 years and he's a seller, so he should spot the scam. Maybe he's going to have a little fun with this crook.

here's the buyer's reply:
"Thanks, I know.
I'm going to send him a picture of some money. I asked for his mailing address first.

Beautiful, absolutely beautiful!! I had a feeling this guy had been around long enough to be able to smell a rat. If you want a picture that will bring big bucks on Ebay, be at the sellers house when he opens that envelope and sees the picture of the money and get a good pic of the look on his face

oh great - I have Faeryll - what kind of name is that?
absolutely no help Feryll is what it is. she said I would have to contact customer support. gee thanks Feryll.
meanwhile I heard from the seller. He said:
"Do not bid unless you plan on buying!!!!!"
LOL WHO ASKED THE SELLER A QUESTION AND WHY WAS HE DUMB ENOUGH TO ANSWER ON THE EBAY PAGE?
Q: Hi, This is confusing. You list under video game systems but then say it is a picture. Please explain. Is this the video game system or is it merely a photograph of the system?
Dec-07-05
A: a photograph of the XBox Gaming system, clearly stated!

Just be sure to keep track of the time so you can retract your bids with 12 hrs and 1 minute left in the auction.

I asked the seller the question. Couldn't believe he was dumb enough to answer right on the auction page. I contacted live help right away and asked them to investigate, but they told me to go to Trust & Safety. (I pointed out that the auction would be over by the time Trust & Safety investigates and in the meantime someone less savvy could be defrauded by the seller.)

He's been reported and he still has 2 scam auctions running. I think Ebay should be held liable to reimburse the victims for allowing this guy to continue operating on their site.

a letter to the right dept helps a little
Here is how I reported it... Home > Help > eBay Policies > Rules for Sellers > Misleading Titles
Item Number(s):
8241211909
Wish I had saved his seller ID so I could see if they NRU'd him as well.

This is just crazy. I have a hate filled email from my questions on these auctions last night. I have reported to Ebay in the hopes that this combined with the scam auction will get him NARU.
On the other hand, I have a whole pocket full of Monopoly money that really wants to be spent! Spread the joy , HO HO HO and all that!
