I had a buyer contact me that he received one of the postcards he won, but didn't receive the other two he paid for. I checked his PayPal payment- sure enough he overpaid for one postcard. I immesdiately responded that the other two will go out Monday. Then I went to look at the items to ship and see they are still active listings in my store and no reference to their sale in Vendio or Ebay. The PayPal payment is only tied to the first card. I'm tempted to end the listings and ship the cards and be done with it but will this qualify as a sale completed outside of eBay that I will get slapped for?
